You really need to teach your drivers how to drive and stop at stop signs on sayles St. And east st ran the sign in woonsocket ri almost hit me head on with my service dog in the car and the driver didn't care if something is wrong with my service dog you'll hear from my lawyer zero stars thumbs down 100%

I was shipping internationally and Cathy at the front desk was incredibly helpful and even called me about licensing paperwork so that the package could go out the day I dropped it off. She made the whole process very easy for me.

I ordered on Amazon and they chose dhl to deliver with signature. I paid an extra 30.00 to get it faster because it was a customized gift for a cancer patients birthday. The first day they say they attempted was three days ago, they called and before my son got downstairs to the door, the driver sped off. Two days ago the driver knocked on door instead of ringing bell again my son went onto porch to tell him to wait, he proceeded to walk to his truck and sped away. I called to complain and was told he be here yesterday by 5pm. I took the entire day off work to wait, not only did he not come he lied and on tracking info he said he tried at 6:25pm mind you it was only 4:33pm on my time. So maybe he’s in a different dimension. By the time I called the office was now closed. Today I was told he’d be here between12:30-2:30pm it is now 1:06 pm I need this by today so if he doesn’t show up by 2:30om their office will be closed, due to time differences. The games these drivers get away with playing is unacceptable!

I am so pissed off I am waiting by my window and no one came to deliver my package but it says they could not deliver because no one was home. And I can’t call customer service or go pick it up because it’s Sunday. I am having a melt down, this is ridiculous

god awful. i opted in for the signature release delivery, i have been home all day waiting for this package and no one came to drop it off. i received a text saying no one was home, not only was i home, but i also opted in for the signature release meaning they should’ve left it at my door. these people cannot simple do their job. seems like they were lazy and simply did not want to drop the package off because there is literally no other excuse.

I was supposed to get my package today driver literally sat outside my house for one minute didn’t even get out I also had requested for signature release now I have to wait after I was redirected on the phone with she 4 times ! Hopefully I get my package tomorrow like expected if I don’t I will call BBB and make a formal complaint

ZERO STARS worst shipping company I have ever had to deal with, I have been chasing a very expensive package for days now that was supposed to be expedited. They mark it as “attempt delivery” but never actually come after mulitple DAYS of waiting all day for it to make sure I’m there, Absolute waste of my time. This company is an joke, would never ever buy from a company that uses them ever again. 90 mins to get a call back from a manager after 6 calls to DHL. Management says they’ll escalate an issue or talk to the driver and they never call you back.
