Good store for a quick stop

I think all the good reviews are from the past. They don't have fresh meat, they have like a couple blocks of frozen meat from who knows when. The store is barely stocked at all, and the only two times I've visited the employee was not there and left a note "will be back in 3 minutes".It's really disappointing that this is the only halal meat place in the area. It's in bad shape.There's only two things a grocery store needs to be a grocery store.A) be openB) be stockedThis place is neither.

Used to go at least 2 or 3 times a week to buys snacks or drinks and was always treated very well. Ownership changed about a year ago and almost every time I go I feel as if the employee does not want to do anything. They recently became a lottery seller but hardly ever has any scratch tickets. Lots of expired products and a fairly small amount of American food. The new ownership has made me go to Lil’ General much more often in place of Darlington Corner Market.

Best convenience store around! The man behind the counter is always nice, the store itself is very clean, and always well stocked. Though I would not trust buying meats, or cheese from behind the counter, they look spoiled.
