Quite possibly the most helpful CVS in Rhode island. Or at least the where last time. They've often helped out when other locations have made mistakes or just plain given me wrong or misinformation. It's good to know there's at least one location with integrity and a genuine desire to help. Keep up the great work.

Slowest pharmacy visit evvvvvver. I only went here because it was 24 hours and I had just came from the walk in clinic after my regular cvs pharmacy on east ave was closed. Almost 3 hrs later i finally have my medicine . If i never have to ever come here again ill be so happy.

No longer allowed to call pharmacy and wait for pharmacist. You have to leave a message.
Refused my prescription from my doctor even after speaking to her so she suggested I use another pharmacy because they gave her a really hard time. I switched pharmacies and am much happier with them.

They usually have everything that I need. The pharmacy closes for an hour each day to give the pharmacist a break for lunch/dinner. The line can be long at times. But they are usually pretty fast.

I do not appreciate that the entire company has a policy to not answer it’s customers, as well as, zero notice that every single pharmacy is closed Christmas so my partner couldn’t get his seizure medication when he ran out Christmas Eve. Tried calling multiple stores but alas it was useless seeing as they’ve updated their voicemail box to “we’ll get back to you in a few business hours” which is a crock

Not the workers fault but the new system of not being able to just directly speak w the pharmacy and instead being sent to a VM is absolutely absurd . Not to mention theyre supposed to alert you when ur script is ready after the doc sends over an E scriptand they dont

I don’t know what is the issue with the new system but is terrible, you can’t speak with a pharmacist and every time I get an Rx they don’t have it in the system. I been back and forth with doctors and this pharmacy multiple times for multiples prescriptions and the only way to get information is if you actually go there to be told there is nothing and you need to call your doctor.

They need more staff. I applied and got denied. They know they need more staff. Theres literally always ONE register open every single time i go, and i live about 800ft away from here. If the persons not at the register, you got self check out. Which id slso a dud because they don't do cash so your basically forced to wait there if you have cash on you. The self check out works the same way the workers do. Hire people and fix this please

To say that the staff at this CVS location are unhelpful would be insulting to unhelpful people. It's clear the staff aren't being trained properly. The pharmacist is a glorified babysitter. I noticed recently that if they have a good med tech or cashier they never last long at this location. They currently have a male med technician who speaks minimal english and appears very confused when interacting with customers. The drive thru also isn't functional, apart of it is that the building is not equipped to handle large volumes of vehicles in a line as it effects parking spaces. I'm very surprised this location hasn't closed, if it weren't for its 24/7 pharmacy I imagine it would be shuttered.

in a collab with doordash, my mom is happy. she was out of a health item and was freaking out. I ordered what she needed, and within minutes, CVS product was in my hand! I do not drive, so services like doordash that partner with stores like CVS is a G-d send.

I would not let my worst enemy go to this CVS. The pharmacist was extremely unprofessional and rude! I will definitely be switching to a different pharmacy after this experience.

If you work as a pharmacist and you have problems at you house in your job then quit your job hate the bad attitude when they give you bad attitude even the girl co worker was surprised the way she responded to me don’t know if they are training or what but please be more kind because this is the way to ruin someone’s mood in one second don’t need this plus my sickness manager should pay more attention to their employees
