Very good customer service. I only gave 4 stars because I had to return my car for them to fix a minor mistake they made. It was a bit of an inconvenience.

My vehicle came out of here looking brand new and the service was second to none. From the very beginning Crown Collision Center was incredible. They answered every question I had, they were straightforward with the timeframe and the work being done. At every single step of the way I was notified what was happening with my vehicle and where in the process we were. Truly unparalleled service. When I picked up the vehicle and saw how incredible it looked I was honestly blown away - it looked awful when I dropped it there. I will HIGHLY recommend Crown Collision to anyone, for any body work they can do. 10 out of 10. A special thank you to Miguel too - your customer service is awesome. Thank you!

Im very happy with everything they did. They fixed and painted my car as professional that they are. Im very happy and satisfied with the work. Also Carlos Miguel help me so much during the process, he always kept me updated with the process. He wasn’t just the general manager but a friend to me. I appreciate everything he did for me. God bless him and his family always.

Five stars for excellent service and quality customer service! When I was an IDIOT and spent the insurance dispersement on credit card bills, I was woefully behind on the outstanding balance left with Crown. Jackie called me and we came up with a payment plan. She called every week to check in and collect if she could. She was understanding when I just didn’t have the cash. I was able to allocate the funds after almost 2 months of hardship and her calling dutifully. When I called to pay off the balance, she celebrated with me! I really appreciate not only how they returned my car to me, but worked out the payment details as well. Highly recommend this neighborhood service center.

Edit: if they ACTUALLY cared they'd return the calls left on the answering machine or at least answer the dang phone in the 1st place. Seems funny I'm one of the very few they cared enough to make a reply to. Some replies even took over a month to get one if at all
Awful customer service and can't even fix something simple without breaking more. After I left with my car it kept leaking oil. They were supposed to fix my rear right passenger door but it doesn't even close all the way so I get to hear the wind hitting it all the time. Won't even fix it. Gonna be contacting my CC company to get my money back.

Broke my car even more somehow when they "fixed" it and now literally all but 1 dashboard light is on (oil, engine, brakes, other fluids, etc). Been calling for 2.5 months so I went in person and they refused to fix the issues they created saying id need to pay again. They weren't even friendly at all considering what they did.
Edit: called back 2 more times. Still no reply.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSFriendly but I've had to bring my car multiple times bc they didn't fix the issues with my car and even broke my remote starter when trying to fix unrelated problems. They also failed to fix dings ive mentioned more than once.Theyre also impossible to get a hold of via the phone. Ive called every day of the week for 2 weeks and I never get a call back or they call at a time I explicitly said NOT to call.Id go elsewhere but I already paid them so I don't want to pay for all this all over again.

Horrible experience. Glad I made the decision not to do business with this company. The second I walk into the place I get met with attitude from the women running the front desk, she tried to talk to me like I was stupid. Word of advice for the shop owner, get rid of her. If that's how you treat a customer you can bet your a** I'm not letting you touch my car.

*****Warning stay away from this company.****?I dropped my car off after a car accident, on 11/1/23...they called me after 2 weeks and said they couldn't fix it, that they considered it totaled.Yet they already got one estimate from the insurance company, on 11/9/23 and should have started the work ...then preceded to get 2 more supplements, never touched my van the whole time.. and ended up throwing out the insurance guy out of the office cause they didn' like his last estimate. , I had a rental for the month, I decided to take the van to another shop, and was told that I would have to pay a storage fee of 1,400.So I had it towed out of their lot and brought to Leers autobody.Crown never put back my front end, they kept it.I am seeking an attorney for this matter As I no longer have my rental, nor a spare car to use. My van is still in the shop.
