Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Cristian Towing! After calling around found out they have a special tow truck just for super cars, low riders, antiques etc. This tow truck actually lowers and rises to properly accommodate for the transport of your vehicle. After being greeted professionally by the tow truck driver he proceeded to take some information down about my vehicle and then began to take pictures all around and under my vehicle. Loved the fact that he explained it was for accountability purposes and that he would take more pictures once the vehicle was dropped off just to document the safe and damage free transport. These drivers are very well trained as it was visibly noticed during the handling and transport of my vehicle. (I previously have had very bad experiences with other towing companies broken spoilers, scuffed up rims, scratches etc.) Loved that I was provided a digital receipt conveniently sent right to my cell phone. Inside the digital receipt I was able to view all the photographs taken of the vehicle. I would definitely highly recommend Cristian Towing to anyone in need of a tow 5 ⭐️ all day!!!Thank you Luis ????

Sketchy.. just like multiple other people on here and google have said. Their credit card machine was "broke" and they wanted cash for a less than 4 mile tow even though the service was through AAA. Stay away

Called through AAA for a flat - Luis showed up in 5 minutes, and had the tire fixed and reinstalled quickly and efficiently. Awesome service !

Wildly unprofessional. Blocked our driveway while servicing s neighbor. When told they had to move (there was plenty of room on the street to do so) proceeded to argue, then exited his vehicle to scream at me and refused to move on the principle of not wanting to be told what to do. Go find an adult to do business with instead.

AAA tells me that they subcontract with this business and tells me this business should have responded when I called AAA over the Labor Day weekend to change a flat tire. After two hours and three phone calls to AAA, I was finally told by the AAA agent that they were unable to get their subcontractor to come and fix my flat because the business they use was "closed for the Labor Day Weekend". When I spoke with member relations at AAA later, they said this was outrageous and not acceptable and identified Cristian Towing as the business that should have responded to their dispatch and my AAA call. If AAA is smart they will find a better subcontractor to use - they refunded my annual fee for this year, but I'm out the gift certificate I've given to the neighbor of my friend who helped me change the tire so I could get the car off the street before it got ticketed for overnight parking.

Got into an accident and they were the truck that came and picked my car up. Waited 20 minutes for someone to show up at the business to pick the car up. Charged 165 for a 10 minute tow. They also tried to charge 100 dollars for clean up, they did no clean up at the accident. Unprofessional towing company, better luck with AAA or any other towing company.Service: Car towing

The lack of communication is real, or should I say the language barrier which caused a female whom answered the phone to be extremely rude. I spoke clearly and when I tried to be more clear she accused me of being rude and continued to talk over me then said to lose my attitude. I would love that same energy face to face!!The man who actually towed the rental was stand up. But she ruined it for all.
