Coastal Collison is my primary choice when it comes to repairing any of my vehicles. I recently took my vehicle for repairs and once again Coastal delivered. From the first day when I dropped off my car, Ryan took care of me. He got my rental set up and set expectations on the timeline for the repair of my car. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was once again blown away by the quality of work Coastal Collison delivered. My car looked as it did when I drove it off the dealership lot, BRAND NEW!!!Ryan and his staff are first class when it comes to their customer service, professionalism, care and quality of work.Thank you Coastal Collison - you will continue to be my first choice!

We have used Coastal Collision a number of times over the years. This visit was for a small job. Passenger side mirror was smashed -- a hit and run. Thankfully, only the mirror was smashed with some scuffs on the housing. Within five business days, the part was ordered and installed. To my surprise when I picked up the car, not only were the black scuff marks removed from the side mirror but other scuffs on the bumper and side door were buffed out and the car was washed. I was so surprised. When I saw my 2016 Camry it looked new. I've always been please with service and repairs but this time I was so surprised and appreciative that they took the time to clean up the overall appearance of the car. I thanked Ryan. I highly recommend Coastal Collision. If I could give six stars I would. Over and above my expectations!

I highly recommend Coastal Collision Auto Body Repair in Pawtucket, RI. A woman driving her car on a narrow street in Providence hit my parked car. She was honest in leaving a note and her phone number. My mechanic suggested I take my car to Coastal Collision. Everyone on the staff of Coastal Collision was a pleasure to interact with. The staff are very professional and courteous. They helped me deal with the woman's insurance company and getting a rental car, which made a stressful situation less stressful. The repairs to my car are excellent. My car looks brand new!

The entire staff at Coastal Collision is supportive, efficient, and cooperative.I was involved in a car accident, and my car was towed to Coastal. I was updated regularly, regarding the repairs to my (new!) car. When repairs were completed and I picked up my car, it looked gorgeous —inside and out— and it has been running beautifully ever since.Thank you to Jim, Ryan, Lauren, and all staff. I give Coastal Collision the highest of recommendations.

I have been taking my cars to Coastal Collision for years. The body work is excellent and my car is always returned looking like new outside and inside as they always clean the interior. The owner, Jimmy is personable and professional. They take over dealing with the insurance company, the adjuster and the car rental company which alleviates so much stress after an accident. Lauren works the office and is great as is all the staff. Jack, who drives the tow truck is the best. If anyone needs help after an accident, I always recommend Coastal.

My car was towed to Coastal after an accident. Everyone was very friendly. Ryan took the time to answer all of my questions. Although the car was not repairable, I would certainly use Coastal Collision in the future.

Had a great experience with the team at Coastal Towing. Jim made me feel incredibly welcome, explained everything so well, and genuinely made me feel as though he cared about the outcome of my situation. Will 100% be calling Coastal if I ever need a tow in the future.

I would highly recommend Coastal Collision ! I was in a recent accident & someone suggested Coastal. My SUV is a Hybrid ( which can be more complicated ) They had me back on the road in no time without any issues. This business is supreme!My suv looks better than it did brand new !Major talented workmanship.I am beyond satisfied with the whole experience! Great family business! They even delivered it to me. After being T-bone on N. Main St. my car was towed to this location. From Lauren in the office to all of the rest of the stuff I have been put it is during this first accident of my life. They have been so kind and helpful in every aspect of this process. I would recommend this location to anyone needing towing or any of their other services. You can rest assured that any work done here will be done to perfection.

Horrible service , waste of time . Tell you to send an email then send a useless email without direction. Then when you call back they have a rude answering service that is completely useless . Oh and they leave at 4:30pm gotta get them tow fees up I guess .

Just had my third personal car fixed at Coastal. I keep going back because of their honesty and attention to detail. Every car was fixed and painted like it never happened.
