They answer the phone whenever they feel like it. Once again, it’s 11:20 AM, and no answer. They wonder why customers are starting to go next door to Chase. Plus their hours are horrible, can’t even go there after work because they’re already closed. I see a few future parking lot for Chase right where Citizens sits.
