Hate doing reviews late! Oil change was fine - no complaints about that - If you get their groupon , be prepared for the passive judgement - Presented the coupon - slick smile on their faces- little comments "Oh they got a groupin" why that needed to be announced loudly was unknown - Pretty sure groupon tells you the rules of the coupon when you buy it - how many you can buy for your household or as a gift for others - Not sure why the lady felt the need to reiterate not only at the beginning of the appointment but also the end as well that only one per household which was obviously not the policy as groupon does no let your account buy more than what is allowed ... Either way customer services matter just as much as the work, don't offer the coupon if your gonna pass judgement for people using them.

Every time I come here the people are so helpful and not jerks. It's really great, and they even gave me a coupon. Not to mention they did great work on my car for both tire change and again for oil change a few months later.

Absolutely amazing staff! Walked in and out in less than an hour with a new tire! Staff is very personable and geared to customers! Will use them for all tire and Oil change needs from now on!

I bought tires for my three vehicles and I can say this is the best place to buy tires in Pawtucket!!
They gave me an excellent service.
After purchasing my tires I hit a pothole and my car lost its alignment and balance so I had to re-align it and they were very honest, my car didn't need balancing so they didn't charge me for it and they gave me a very good discount for line it up again with them

Took my car for a front end alignment n new tires they were busy but got me in no problem. Car was done and ready to go in a couple of hours. Before they did anything they let me know what I needed I appreciated that they didn't just go ahead and did the work they made sure to tell me exactly what my car needed. Definitely worth going there

I went to this place and the lady who served me was in a bad mood and was treating me rudely. I had paid for a service on Groupon and after I got there they told me I had to pay more money for the oil change. I told them yes, I would pay the difference and in the end I don't know what oil they put in it and they relieved themselves of responsibility by telling me in the receipt that they recommended an oil and that I didn't pay attention when I told them I would pay the difference and they didn't want to.

I'll be honest, I'm not at all good with cars. My policy is that if it's pretty to look at and gets me where I want to go, it's a good car to me. I've been very anxious to go to a new mechanic but this place has made me feel so much more confident and comfortable with servicing my vehicle. I'll be going back here for all of my future vehicles needs, as well as recommending my friends and family here. The employees of this establishment are top notch, extremely friendly and very fast. Not only do I feel as if I got a great deal, the feeling of driving safely with quality products is priceless.
