I ended up going here last year for a mattress and was told I was gonna be paying it off within the three months just had to call the place I was paying off ? So I ended up doing that for a 3 month span to pay it off but after the three months I was still getting charged for the mattress so I call them and say I was still on a year plan for some reason basically playing me with a year plan and informing my earlier request I called this place back but says there’s nothing they can do for me

We made an appointment and waited for 20 minutes outside, saw 4 guys walk in with no masks, 2 layer all over the mattress next to the desk and then they all walked out and walked to the bar next door. We ended up leaving

So, I made a mistake and forgot to ask for a low profile split box spring since, I am rather short. I texted Joe to see if I could purchase one because the standard one is just too tall. Joe immediately offered to get me the low profile version for no charge! Talk about great customer service!! Thank you!!

Was in need of a mattress during the pandemic and I’m glad I found this place! Joe was very communicative via Facebook, and very helpful. The delivery process like any other place had a fee, but they were also very respectful. Moved the mattress and bed spring in quickly and offered to set it up. Thank you guys!
