VERY DISRESPECTFUL THAT KID WORKING TODAY 03/21 @ 2:00pm. SHE WAS SAYING BAD WORDS TO A CUSTOMER WHO DOESN'T SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. AT THE SAME TIME SHE SLAM HER FRUSTRATION TO OTHERS TWO CUSTOMER. NEED TO GROW UP AND BE MORE PROFESSIONAL BECAUSE WITH PEOPLE LOKE "HER <JESSICA>" COMPANIES LOSE CLIENTS. BAD!. WHAT A SHAME..

Everyone was very accommodating, Derek was extremely friendly and easy to talk to I have a 1 yr old she was all over the place and I have anxiety so I just wanted to leave but they enteracted with my child while helping me and making sure to answer any and all questions I had I left satisfied I don't have boost as a cell network but definitely considering switching over, I actually went to purchase thier Internet, thier firesticks also they have weekly deals I had gotten a free tablet for my son one of the weeks they had a deal going on for people who get assistance of any kind.

Is this store open or not? I’ve been coming to two their locations for two days in a row and there’s no one inside and the doors are closed, I called several times, no one picked up the phone. The is ridiculous.

I wish I remembered the woman’s name who helped me today because she was great. Not only was she on her lunch break and still helped me but she was also patient with me because I had no clue what I was doing. Lol We ended up figuring out my situation and I left the store very satisfied and grateful for her help.
