I just want to say that Ed at the Lonsdale Boost Mobile location was the absolute best experience I have ever encountered when it comes to cell phones he was completely knowledgeable and did everything in his power to get me to get off of my disrespectful inhumane T-Mobile contract I want to thank him from my deepest parts of my heart if anybody needs a phone please come to Boost Mobile on Lonsdale Ave right behind the Dunkin' donuts and speak to Eddie because he is by far the most professional salesman I have ever met

He outright lied to me saying he increase my plan from 35 to $50 in about 10 seconds that night I checked myself and did it myself I have multiple sclerosis so I need help with things like this most of the time but not from people like him good thing I did not tip them until I was sure

went there yesterday and got myself a nice iphone 6s plus with the 60 dollar plan with case , screen protector for 260 !! these guys are good and they know what they are doing. awesome service , very friendly and they will go above and beyond for you. would give 10 stars if i could . i will deff be returning here and i most deff recommend this boost :)

I went to Boost with a phone issue. My phone was almost 3 years old the guys behind the counter gave me a couple of options on what to do I decided that getting a new phone was my best option so I got a new stylo 4 , 2 case screen protector and I love it . My wife is going to need a new phone soon and I will definitely go back to them he transferred everything to my new phone when I left I just felt like I had a great experience all around!
