“I am sure everyone in the forum already knows about the pricing benefit to get your extended warranty through Mike, my 5 star was mainly in addition for the support I received from Mike to be able to purchase and decide over my extended service plan, he provided a completely different experience then my selling dealer - easy to reach, cleared all queries, no push through on unnecessary stuffs gave me my space to decide what I needed.

They have always handled the job perfectly and they stand behind their work to make sure everything is safe for me to drive. Communication and honesty and letting me know how to prioritize repairs to fit in my budget is a big help for me. I couldn’t recommend them more. “I am beyond happy with the service. Here is my story; Took my car to Firestone, described the problem.. the took the car; kept it for 5 days, they didn’t fix the problem at all, and charged me a fortune. I kept driving the car, and it got worse and worse. So I took it to these guys. They knew exactly what to do and had the car fixed in less than a full day. Because it wasn’t fixed at Firestone and I kept driving it, it really wore out the part to the point of danger. At that point, an easy job turned into a complicated issue.; but these guys were awesome. Highly skilled, and the tackled the problem quickly. Got the car back, and drove off… and it’s driving great now! I am so happy. Highly recommend these guys. Will be taking my car here from now on. So glad Reddit told me about this place. I didn’t know where to turn for a legit referral on a place. Went to the web.. dug deep… and turns out; this place has been amazing for so many years… and keeps people’s cars running in awesome condition. If I knew how to leave a better review, I would.
