I have been going here for over 10 years.I recently bought an Ashley bed set where the headboard lights up. It's been 2 months and the lights no longer work. I went back with my receit and the 2 Latino ladies looked at me like I had 2 heads and claimed they couldn't help me. They lied and said they offered me a warranty and they absolutely did not. I hate unprofessional people and businesses. I will never spend my hard earned money there again.

Just from the reviews I wouldn't want to come here I get my furniture from Raymore and Flanigan online and it's better than this place. The customer service at Raymore are more professional than these people and that's just over the phone. I recommend people not to buy this cheap run down furniture from these rude ass people, stay away if you value your money and time.

The worst furniture store ever..They are very unprofessional and the "street delivery people they have are very incompetent. To start the employee (sales person) named Meg is not part of the problem she is very polite and understanding but sister is very ignorant and bad mannered. When I asked for the manager name she said it's Steve and you can't see or talk to him and I will leave a note that you want to speak to someone. Of course no call back very unprofessional. She told me well we will leave your furniture outside we don't care it's paid for its no return or exchange and people should know how their furniture fit in their own house. I said your delivery team shouldnt be underage kids that can't lift furniture. She said i dont care they been with us for 30 years I said your a liar because I got a delivery from here and it wasn't them. She said we have a bunch of delivery people she lied because her sister assured me today that the same two kids will deliver the furniture on Tues "because thats all they have" This company is straight trash! They never have any business and this is exactly why.. I stopped four people from shopping there this week alone and called the better business bureau. I was getting ready to file a small claims suit but my time don't permit this week. So dont waste your money because they scam and there is no posting in the store of the policy they make up policies as they go along and deny you from talking to the owner. Like 15 people told me not to go here I wish I would have listened and now i'm out of $1200.00 paid two delivery fees because they are unprofessional and have bad customer service. And the sales person act real street and over talk you and she say to your face we don't care. And that's the only thing they honest about because the owner and them both really don't. Be aware the one in Providence on Manton is the same company and the owner will not address no concerns. Go to Discount furniture on Douglas Ave or my favorite Bobs furniture or Cardis. Take note the place is always empty and wish I would I have read all the bad reviews first. But you live and learn but please don't make the same mistake I did. I still need to furnish the bedrooms but thats definitely not with them. I trust Amazon more. In addition they made me exchange the furniture and it was cheaper and on sale and they wouldn't honor the sale price and kept the rest or the money and said oh its because you didnt come back the next day. Just making up rules as they go just to scam you and you don't get the rest of your store credit. Such a bad business, they will be out of business soon. Let me just say the old lady sales person that is Megaly's sister is the ignorant rude one that protects the customers from seeing the owner and he don't address nothing he hiding. Trust me go somewhere else. I will never cross paths with this company again and will continue to tell others of the poor treatment. With all that being said Megaly herself is a good person and I personally hope she finds a reputable company to work for. Because Atlantic Furniture is the worst!!!

Would not accept an exchange after 48 hours for literally the same couch only bigger. No reason just policy. Perfectly fine brand new couch but no deal. Sorry but no. No you can't speak to my boss I'm just sorry and that's all.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am just recovering from ankle surgery, and I have not slept on this bed since I purchased it in July because I could not get up the stairs. The one time now that I actually go to sleep on the bed the bedframe snaps. Very dangerous and could’ve set me back on my injury. I finally have someone come lift up the mattress and the box spring to see what’s going on and not only is the frame metal with zero slats, just three pieces of metal sticking out about 3 inches on the inside on both sides. They also sold me a mattress with a wooden box frame without even telling me that the framing for the bed was metal. And they could care less. Because I haven’t been able to sleep upstairs due to my ankle surgery the beginning of August. Brand spanking, new like you could lick the entire thing and be fine. Absolutely horrible customer service because they should’ve had someone come over here and check and they will see that there’s absolutely no slats. I paid for full furniture not half ssa furniture. Very quick to take your money though. Never again!!! Please spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

Bad service won't ever go back again they do a half job when delivering they can't never fit anything in the house but they quick for their money and they dnt give cash back they make you buy things you dnt really need I feel like they rip off.

Your customer service lady is rude. Cuts you off. I was just trying to get help on getting replacement parts and she kept saying “I can’t help you. You called the wrong number” Then I called another number and she answered again and said “you called already. I can’t help you!” When it states “any American furniture dealer can help” and you’re the one with the details on my bunk bed!! I just needed direction or help finding the right number and she did not have any patience for any calls today.Please hire nicer humans.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY***this establishment is by far the most unprofessional/ unethical place I’ve ever purchased furniture from. Not only are they selling cheap over priced furniture but they are also misleading when advertising as well. I purchased a bed set with box spring and not even a month in I realize my box spring was split in a half.I was also surprised to see my box spring actually had no strings? and so I call the establishment and was told to send an email with pictures of my broken box spring only for the owner of the company STEVEN COLETTA to tell me that my kids were probably jumping on my bed and broke the box spring…not only was the response unprofessional but also very rude. I have no children. Mr.COLETTA also stated that I never purchased a box spring and that it was a so called foundation under my mattress. FALSE ADVERTISING”” how is it my fault that I assumed the box spring that looks like a box spring had no springs in it?, FAILED to mentioned that was NOT a box spring but a foundation made out of wood. they clame this confusion never happens but yet the warranty for the so called foundation not box spring is only 7 days. hmm how convenient…DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!
