A diamond ? in the rough! Got new tires and an oil change today, the Manager was friendly and OMG the prices were great. I'd shopped around for tires all over and Apex Tire Center gave me the best price. It's right off the highway tucked near the old Apex building. I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest mechanic.

Disappointment is an understatement. I went in needing a tire install of all 4 tires and an alignment and left with a 3 warning lights on my dash because my “pre-collision system and lane tracing assist” had been damaged. My husband bought it back the next day and they couldn’t fixed what was broken. After I told them that Toyota quoted me “$160 to diagnosis and $560 to fix the PCS”, the guy told me that “that’s outrageous, all they have to do is reset it” when HE couldn’t even reset it. He also said that maybe it was my fault for getting into an accident (never had an accident) because there is damage to the back passenger door (damage is 2 years old)(PCS is a sensor located in front of the car, impossible that damage to the back door would mess it up). Now I’m responsible to fix what I didn’t damage. Moral of the story folks: take your car to it’s original dealership or an actual dealership of the make for all services, at least they’ll take responsibility for anything they happen to damage in your car. Other than that, Dave has excellent customer service.

Took my car here because it was making a noise and the Toyota dealer had told me that the brakes needed to be done and quoted me a price of $1000+ for the brakes and rotors. Apex fully checked out the noise and the brakes. It didn't need brakes at all. Instead I needed 3 new tires, a sway bat bushings, and it was due for an oil change. I ended up having all tires replaced, alignments, oil change, and the sway bar bushings for hundreds less than it would have cost me at the dealer. Glad I took My car there instead of just taking the dealership word for it. I highly recommend this repair shop.

They inspected my car. It failed because of a small crack on my windshield. They gave me a free inspwction after the insurance company replaced it. I was very pleased.
