“We love living here! We have been here for 6 months so far and are very happy. They do quarterly fire alarm checks to make sure everything is in working order. Any maintenance issues are easily requested with the folio app where your able to schedule certain days and times when you can be home or have the option to have maintenance come in without you. They allow two pets dogs and cats! So many other tenants have dogs and it’s always so nice to see all of them. Mail room is inside with rfid access only so haven’t had any packages stolen. There is always parking space available even if it is a little walk. Being so close to the new train/bus hub is super convenient.Katie is pretty responsive and gets back to use within a few hours.Laundry room has a few washer and dryers that are very small but most units have hookups so if that’s something you want you usually can just provide your own machines.The amount of space you get for the price is unmatched. We have hardwood floors, granite countertops, newer appliances, very large bathroom. Truly we can’t complain. We fully plan on staying here and renewing our lease for many years to come.”
“I lived in this apartment building for 4 years and it was such a wonderful experience. Center place is located in the best part of Providence downtown, conveniently located across Amtrak Station and the Providence Place Mall. The building is safe and has 24 hour concierge. John and Harry were excellent and always helpful during our stay. I moved in during COVID and the one thing that stood out was how clean the building was. Christina and Marco do a great job of keeping it clean for the residents. Amenities include Indoor pool and gym with a beautiful court yard to enjoy. Maintenance team is always eager to help . Shout out to David and Carlos. What makes a building a home is the neighbors, everyone who lives there is so friendly. If you’re moving to Providence I cannot think of a better place to live in.”

“I love it here! Units are in great condition and the management office and the maintenance team are the best. Super sweet and helpful. In two different occasion I left my keys in my unit, last one pretty scary my boys looked the door from the inside as I went to take out the trash and Steven RUSHED to my unit and let me in. Once there was rode kill near my door and I had called cause I was too scared to move it myself, the call was super funny and Whitney was laughing as bad as I was about the situation, the guys where not on site that day but Monica rescued the day with a shovel! They are an amazing team!”

“I am in my second year living here at The Oasis Plainville. I cannot say enough good things about this complex. They run it very professionally, communicate exceptionally well and do their best each day to make it a cozy and comfy community.I have rented on and off for decades. This place has some of the best office staff, maintenance team and neighbors that I have ever encountered. No place is perfect but The Oasis at Plainville comes pretty darn close.”
“Location is perfect for school and the first floor has a very nice place to study/hang out. Ty and all staff are very attentive and listen to all our concerns. I honeslty appreciate their efforts to help every tenant. Everyweek there are meetings where you can directly address any issue you may have. No place is perfect but they sincerely try to make this place your new "home".”

“09/03/2020I am a potential resident. I had an amazing tour of the lofts with Rosie. She was so helpful and accommodating. She is really the best. I definitely recommend Greystone lifts if you are looking for an apartment. The lofts are absolutely beautiful and it has so many amenities that come with it. I give my experience five stars.”
“I went there to apply for an apartment and found it very beautiful, inside and out. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I didn't end up renting there only because I found a more appropriate place for myself in Tiverton. Otherwise I would be living there now. I forgot to add that they do accept low income!”

“I've been at the Slater Cotton Mill for 4 years now. Love the girls in the office, love the residents, & love the amenities here. Biggest bang for your buck at this property with all the amenities they offer along with the ability to get anywhere in the state and MA so easily. Honestly, best place I've lived and couldn't recommend it more.”
