Called to make an order, they said it had to be in person the day of. Then he said the order had to be called in the day before; which is why I was calling a day ahead. Then he says no we’re busy. Take your ordering business elsewhere. They don’t care.

I ordered because in store prices on instacart instead of marked up like other stores. I literally live across the street from a grocery store but I'm so lazy I instacart groceries from Pawtucket to Massachusetts. I haven't actually been there or even heard of it before instacart but I'm leaving this review because one of the reviewers, Beverly! She said this grocery store helped her when she was depressed so apparently it is a therapeutic experience if you suffer from depression. I'm glad Beverly is doing better! Judging by her reviews she has been on a journey of self healing. Go Bev! You got this girl! We all have dark times.

Worst customer service, bad experience with a cashier who appears to be related to a female manager who after I brought my issue with the cashier to her attention was even worst. The condition of the place is also something the department of health should check. Never returning!

I have been to several of the America's Food Basket grocery stores in the metro Providence area. This one is Pawtucket is probably my least favorite. The area where it's located is in an industrial area so across the street you see old brick industrial buildings and walls, which make this part of town a bit scary at night.Anyway, the store itself has the basic departments that you will find at other America's Food basket like produce, meats, groceries, etc.Since Pawtucket and Central Falls have a large Hispanic population, the offerings are very much geared towards the Latino community.Overall a good place to shop for good values.

This place has changed its name many times, it used to have more affordable prices. It can be a good option for something urgent.
