Went to the location on 2/17 at 2am and the doors were locked. It states that they are open 24 hours. If you are not open for 24 hours then please state that.

I went to the raise the roost chicken. And the chicken was slamming, and the potato wedges gave me the old KFC wedges vibe( not complaining well played raise the roof) as for the store itself . There were 2 things that really got me. the floors and window were dirty . The hot dogs should've been thrown out and the loitering and asking people for money . Especially this person was hovering over an elderly person .

Help me understand why your promote specials. For example Buy one get one free Gatorlyte and then you get to the register and it shows you a savings of 88 cents on the second one. You ask the associate at the POS for an explanation to be told “Oh I have no idea you need to ask a manager” Do better 7/11 a little training in customer service is beneficial to your team!

Bought 2 slices of pizza for my daughter. She bit it and started screaming "hot dadda" I took a bite and it's laced with jalapeños. Go back to get my money back because it was labeled cheese, I'm told by employee they don't have authority to refund... I told her it's not the 2 bucks it cost but the principal of it. She then said to bad. So now the pizza is chucked across the store, because authority don't care. Tired of shi$$y customer service

I've been here two times. Once to get a soda in the store and once for gas being that it's only 3 miles from Providence and the gas is 25 cents a gallon less than comparable gas stations in the Providence area its a good value. The outside and inside are clean and well lit. The store has a lot of selections, including a small restaurant. The people working there are pleasant and professional. The only thing that needs attention is that the reciept printer on pump 10 was out of paper. The service was very good in general.

Stop locking the door..its supposed to be 24 hours..this is seriously rediculous..ive seen multiple reviews for the same reason and its always the third shift and yet nothing is done about it

Just started going to the 7-Eleven more often. I have met only 2 service associates because I shop 3rd shift. ANY ways both of the young ladies that work there overnight greeted me with a smile & both have been helpful professional welcoming and pleasant.

They aren’t opened 24 hours. Each time I go there around 1-3 there’s always a drawn “closed” sign up with no one inside

best one I've been to yet. chicken place in there too you can grab some cold chicken on your way home they pass it off to 7elevens inventory for sale was really good 2am and plenty of it

The store is convenient walking distance but the customer service is horrible 2 nights in a row I've gone around 9pm cashier on her phone doesn't really acknowledge you at all, she's talking to the person on the phone, you don't know if she's talking to you or them. Very rude and the floor so Damn sticky near slushy machine your feet stick.

Why are they closed. Cause the kid wants to sleep. Been there twice tonight and closed both times. Says for cleaning. But I waited and no one was cleaning anything. He's sleeping in back.
