Very friendly staff. Staff at the pharmacy counter are very nice and professional. Most of the time they are spot on with refilling prescriptions . Wish they were open on the weekends though.

The lady who works via the drive through is awful. She’s extremely rude and you’re lucky if she even acknowledges the fact you’re in the drive through. She should not be working in customer service. After being ignored in the drive through I had to go in to get my RX and witnessed this person loudly reprimand customers and loudly speak about their RX and personal medical needs. Awful awful person to be working with customers.

This is the worst pharmacy.Always a problem getting my scripts filled. They almost always have to order it because they do not have it in stock.Just a common med.Plus the staff are rude.I am done switching to CVS, a longer drive but worth not dealing with these incompetent pharmacists and there staff.

Consistently terrible. Once again I had to argue about whether my prescription was ready or not. Online said ready to pickup and when I get there they say it's not ready and turn me away. I double checked the website again before leaving and sure enough it says ready to pickup. I let them know that I double checked and only then did they actually look for it and what do you know, they found it. Staff is terrible there and often miserable. I sure wish there was another option near me but it appears I'm stuck with this unless I want to drive 20 minutes away. I hate Walgreens so much.

What a joke. I came in for my second covid shot. They told me to come back in an hour because it was almost lunch time and the paperwork might take too long. It was 1:15. Great customer service here.

The staff I spoke with when trying to pick up prescription was very rude for no reason at all. Talking down to customers is extremely unprofessional-baggage should be left at the door before clocking in to work.

Waiting 25 minutes for drive thru prescriptions? Absolutely ridiculous!

I never had a problem with this location when it was rite aid (or even Brooks, back when), now I've switched my pharmacy, which is a bummer because this one is only 3-5 minutes from home. Waited over half an hour for a prescription, just for them to tell me they couldn't even fill it. CVS has filled it on the spot for me in 10 minutes tops. They also ALWAYS have an issue with prescription being sent electronically. I'll drive the extra 10-15 minutes to save myself the aggravation.

This store is the pits. Since taking over from Rite Aid, it is terrible!! Mixed up meds, over due prescriptions. False phone calls, meds are an are not. Going to try CVs. Augh!!

I am a firm believer that if you close at 9 o'clock. I should be able to get in the store at 8:55. If the store closes at 9 they do have a shutdown process after 9 o'clock they should not start it before 9 knowing that you could have a customer come in the last minute.

"Rite Aid is a caring neighbor in each community we serve." This is a statement on this corp. giant's webpages And I have to say my experience with them in my community (Slatersville, RI location) was anything but caring. I was completely outraged and disappointed. When I politely asked to put up a flyer for my lost cat, I was told it was against company policy on "no solicitation" to put it up and "against corporate guidelines. I was not trying to solicit or sell anything....I was only trying to reach out in this very visible locations which serves many of my neighbors and others in the community to be on the lookout for my beautiful family pet who has been missing for a week. I was, however, very heartened to know that every one of the small local businesses were more than happy to help me. Shameful!

Nice setup, the store is very big and everything is easy to find. I think it's a bit weird how the aisles are staggered sideways but it's not a big deal. The staff is very very friendly!
