Many thanks and recognition to Trinity at this location! Due to NUMEROUS internal Verizon errors I had to make SIX trips to this store!
On each occasion I was fortunate to deal with Trinity who took the time and interest to facilitate the many things necessary to undo the Verizon errors. She’s a gem.

Second time here at this store. Mike is an excellent employee. He helped us set up my daughter's WiFi months ago, and today with my new cell phone. Outstanding young man. So polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

You can make an appointment on their website, but not any earlier than 11:00 a.m. I called the store to see if I could make an appointment any earlier. The man that answered the phone said he had absolutely no idea.
Not exactly exemplary service.

Horrible experience in this store. After cancelling my cable “Michael” was rude and unhelpful when I tried to return my equipment. He wouldn’t touch the box the equipment came in, he made me remove everything from the box and present it to him. After everything was accounted for, he told me to take my boxes and go like I was a lesser person. Hello boxes were from Verizon!! He mentioned several times that they were a cell phone store, not a cable store…even though the store is a drop off for all equipment. Sorry for the inconvenience Michael. Major attitude problem at this store. However Andy the manager, came out to the parking lot and apologized for Michael’s behavior. If you go in and see Michael, walk away…otherwise, everyone else was nice.

During my visit I was helped by Andi who was very helpful, professional and informative. He was patient with my many questions and answered them in a way that I would understand and if I didn’t he would calmly explain to me in a way that I would. I highly recommend this location and this Verizon Wireless representative/salesman to anyone.

Trinity was fantastic. After purchasing a new phone from another Verizon store and having a horrible experience, I went to another store for assistance. Trinity reset the phone and did the proper transfer with no issues. In addition, she assisted in other areas, voluntarily, and did it all with much a charming attitude and great customer care. She is the epitome of what a customer service person should be. Many thanks and kudos for her.

Trinity at North Smithfield was the absolute best! She made setting up a new account with my fiancé so easy and stress free. If you need anything as far as Verizon goes I strongly recommend this store. Thank you so much Trinity!
