Not for nothing it's a Sunday morning. 2 lanes are open. The employees that are here are really nice and that's prob the reason my wife and I return every week. But seriously... 2 lanes open and each line is avout 8 ot 9 deep wrapped around the store. You think they would of fixed the deli ticket thing in the last month as well but nah....

Prices are high, self checkout sucks, never any registers open, rude union employees, and you have to pay for bags. Tried to use digital coupons and they are not working on the website. I will just go to marketing basket. When will this store be closing.

Are they using a ai programed by the proletariat? Like other stores my bicycle had flat tires when I came outside. I pumped them up and they held air. I cleared most stop and shop lots,they don't pay. I can never get cctv footage! No one ever gets arrested for racketeering, harassment,stalking or Sherman act violations. I like to pay for good food, but not corruption. I'd say your local proletariat guards kids work here.

This stop and shop is disappointing? they barley have any registers open so lines are extremley long and your forced to use the self checkout. The self checkout is extremley sensitive to the point where you cannot check out without having to call an employee over multiple times to help you.
And finally- there are no employees in the store to ask questions. I could not find an item and could not find an employee anywhere in the entire store to help me. The only employees I could find were the ones working the few open registers and the ones in the deli. Finally after a weirdly long time of looking I found one employee to ask. The employee did not know the item I was looking for, did not look it up, and just told me the aisle they think it should be in
They did not walk me over or help any further. Unfortunately , I couldn't find the item and it was just another thing that made my trip super disappointing.

Produce is hardly ever fresh. Went to get tomatillos and this is what they had… no thank you. I’ll be shopping elsewhere after seeing this!!!

I was at this location this evening and I literally saw a mouse or a rat in the water Isle!! That is disgusting!!! This is a market where people buy their food . I told the lady who was doing the bagging when I was checking out..apparently she was aware of the problem. Very unsanitary and the Department of Health needs to be called! I will not be returning anytime soon I'll just go to Market Basket in Johnston.

I shop here 2x(+)/mth on avg & the ladies restroom is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING every time I use it. Including today... The 1 employee @ the deli was helping someone w/ a large order while 3 others stood around (1 on phone) & I waited 7 minutes before I ordered 1 item! The produce was atrocious, huge moldy rotten grapefruits and Cara oranges. I watched 2 employees totally disregard them; 1 doing online orders and the other was rearranging all the fruit on the entire shelf! Of course there's only 2 registers open w/ an actual person to cash you out & yet again 4/5 employees walking around. The only reason why I pop in here is because it's the closest grocery store to me & I need a couple things.
