Thanks to the serviceman Anthony Amato and sales manager Paul Plage for getting me the truck that I wanted. The sale was easier and quicker than most big dealerships. They have fully serviced the truck and have fulfilled all of my requests. I recommend this place for anyone that wants one of their vehicles. They'll service, inspect, change tires, and align your vehicle for you. This place is a 1 stop shop! I appreciate the staff members and the mechanics working here. You guys are the best! Right next door is a custom shop for anyone looking to deck out their vehicle. Thanks again, I will be spreading the good word to everyone I know about RT 146 Auto Sales!

Thought I made a deal with these people over the phone, I gave them a deposit and booked a flight to pick up my new car.
When I arrived, the car was as described, and I was looking forward to completing the paperwork and starting my drive home. Little did I know, the "deal" I made over the phone, just $200 off the asking price, was no longer valid. The salesperson told me the manager was in no mood today, and he didn't want to bother him, but he could instead send me some "gas cards." After a little back and forth, I decided it wasn't worth the $200 and just agreed to the gift cards that I never received. IT GETS WORSE.
As a former car salesman myself, I knew that they were going to try and sell me a warranty which I was uninterested in, so I listened and respectfully declined. Well, apparently, the extra warranty was not optional today. I said no to the warranty at least a dozen times, but the salesman told me the manager was not willing to sell this car without a warranty. This obviously turned into an argument, all right in front of the customers who were up next. Finally, when it was crystal clear that the manager making these decisions would not come out from his hidden office to talk to me, I decided to just buy the warranty. I only decided to do this because, from my time in the car business, I knew that I had a small window to cancel it after the purchase.
By far the worst car transaction of my life.
TLDR: Made a deal over the phone and flew there to pick up a car. They would no longer honor the price we agreed on over the phone (only $200 off). Then they told me they wouldn't let me take the car home without buying an extended warranty.

The sales process was smooth and efficient! Paul in sales was excellent!
When I got under the truck after I picked it up I found an expensive oil leak. Without dropping a beat I called the dealership and dealt with the Joe, and the service manager Heath. They didn’t even hesitate to tell me to bring it back and they fixed it without question. I can honestly say I won’t buy a truck anywhere else!

Done a lot of upgrades on my Camaro , and Jim and his crew are awesome . They always do the job right . Great mechanics , great service . This place is a great find . I can’t see myself going anywhere else .

I had an Exceptional experience getting my truck fixed here! Jim from the 146 kustom department was extremely helpful and great to do business with. The girls at the desk were super nice also. The guys that worked on my truck did a great job for a good price. They kept me informed the whole time and even did a couple extra things they noticed, that I never mentioned needed to be addressed. Will definitely be returning for service in the future!!!

Let me just start off by saying I would not be writing this place if the Paul guy in the front office showed an ounce of sympathy. BEWARE of this place!!! All started when I showed up to look at a king ranch f150 the screen was frozen, ok no big deal, Paul being the clueless insensitive guy he is “huh that’s funny” calls me later hey Kyle they’re going to fix that.. ok come back they “fixed” it alright, but the front camera wasn’t working, drove it felt like it needed an alignment.. but I trusted them they said they would fix those things. Long story short thank god I didn’t sign the papers!! Took it the next day for a test drive Ofcourse they didn’t do the alignment I’m thinking while driving up 146. Take the exit (thank god) and took the back roads back, hit a small pothole and the upper ball joint gave out skidding to a stop. Wheel bent towards the engine, Fresh inspection sticker on it HA. The way back the tow truck driver telling me horror stories of this place saying this was not the first and won’t be the last he tows cars out of this crooked company! Got back said thank god I wasn’t on the highway that could of been BAD Paul says “welp we just gonna put this deal to bed”.. that’s what I got. I said “what do you mean?” he got snotty with me “we’re not selling it!” WOW!! Learn how to talk to people you miserable a^^hole!! Not a sorry?! A simple sorry!! This place should be shut down. Overpricing cars that are known JUNK, underpricing your trade , and having no sympathy about it. Just glad I didn’t sign the papers who knows what kind of situation I’d be in. Again you messed with my life, and all I wanted was a simple apology and you gave me the cold shoulder and an attitude. STAY FAR AWAY

People there were nice people but Im not giving 4 or 5 stars for the fallowing reasons.
1) I recommend for you to do your own research about the vehicle you’re buying, in my case was my first $40k truck I bought which was a f250 (beautiful) but when I did the KBB value it said price on the truck was more than $4K overpriced, I was told they’re gonna replace the rotors and brake pad which they did but only rear ones, I should ask at first for my truck to have Remote Start I think for the price I paid in cash I’d should deserve it… I should tell that I’m peace of mind cuz I bough the warranty for 3 years….I’m happy with my truck for now but I’ll be giving my honest review after some time using my truck.

I stopped in to see if they could take care of a cracked tire rim. It was my first time there. The service was exceptional. Heath explained everything to me, took his time, did not try to sell me on anything else, and they took care of my rim. The girl at the desk (can't remember her name) was really helpful and friendly. I am so happy to have found a local auto shop with such great customer service and extremely reasonable pricing.

We had a great experience with 146 Auto from start to finish. We went in just to look at a truck my husband was eyeing. Tara and Joe worked with us and helped make purchasing it possible for him! Frank then helped us finish the process. It was a quick process, and they made everything easy. Would definitely recommend!
