Seems like each time I use their service, the price goes up. They are already the most expensive in the area.
Dropped off my work uniform last time there and told to pick up on that Saturday afternoon. Went there at 2pm and they were already closed when their hours were till 4pm. That screwed me good.
Spend over $600 a year in dry cleaning alone. Looks like I'm searching for a new cleaners.

I am so thankful to have found Personal Touch Cleaners, they were more than willing to address my specific needs, in the time frame I required, to have my suit jackets cleaned and pressed. The staff was kind, pleasant, and understanding. You're the best, Tuan! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business to family and friends.

I think they do an amazing job at Personal Touch but when I went to pick up my clothes, they told me that my dry cleaning was now $3.50 more than what was on my original dry cleaning ticket. Their prices are already pretty high but I honestly don’t mind since I feel like they do a wonderful job but please don’t try to trick me out of more money.The original ticket said $58.00, and now you want $61.50. When I asked what was happening, the young lady who speaks very limited English was unable to explain, so I simply went ahead and paid the higher amount but I will not be going back. I don’t like feeling like I was ripped off and I think increasing the price by $3.50 is a bit odd to say the least.What sense does any of this make? They have lost a good customer who spends about $100.00 a month on dry cleaning over $3.50.

Horrible experience . Dropped off 3 dress shirts and 2 dry fit t shirts. Upon picking up the clothes was told that he couldn’t get the LIGHT DIRT stains out of my dress shirt. I understood and let it go, however after looking at one of my dry fit t shirts, I saw that he had completely peeled off the Nike decals on one of them. I showed him And he said that was “the vinyl” coming off from the dry cleaning process. Absolutely ridiculous, shirt was completely ruined. I was charged $52 for the service, I asked for my money back because he not only destroyed my Nike t shirts but also was not able to properly clean my dress shirt. At first he refused, then after some back and forth he said he would give me a refund only if I GAVE HIM MY SHIRT THAT HE DAMAGED !! I refused this ridiculous request. After the whole fiasco I was giving a partial refund of $30. I understand things happen, however owner did not take any accountability, I would Have settled for a full refund and an apology. If I would have received that I would have let it go and refrained from writing this review (Hope the $22 dollars he kept was worth it!) STAY AWAY BUYER BEWARE !!!
