The store is very well stocked with a broad variety of Carhart work clothing. They actually have a better inventory with a better selection of various pant sizes then Work N Gear in my experience shopping both stores.
They have a good selection of high quality work boots, socks and gloves.
They have a decent selection of high viz work gear.
The staff are friendly and eager to help you find what you're looking for.
Every time I have been in , they also have a large rack of clearance deals.”

“My husband and I have some great leather belts, but we've both lost weight and now the belts are too big. The company we bought them from won't shorten them for us, and we didn't want to spend money on new belts. A Google search for leathersmiths turned up Bellows Leather. Long story short, I am glad I called! May was happy to shorten our belts properly, and for a reasonable price. She shortened 4 belts for us for what it would've cost to buy one new one, and she did it in a way so as we continue losing weight we won't need to have them shortened again. May is fantastic! And there is so much to see in the shop, we'll have to make another trip to do some proper shopping. Thank you, May!”
“I been shopping there for the past few years, with over 50 orders, online, shipping, store pick up, and in-store and every experience has been super positive. Everyone knows me as soon as I walk in or just speaking on the phone and immediately give me my items to pick up before even being asked. Amazing customer service which has me returning weekly. I never had any issues with returns as well, and if I can't find the items I am looking for then they go out of their way to help me. The staff should be commended for their 5 star service and should be appreciated by corporate for their amazing people skills, even during hectic times like black friday! “THE CASHIER ASSOCIATES ARE CARING, FUN AND PROMPT! I WISH ONLY THERE WERE MORE FLOOR ASSOCIATES. MY GRANDSON DID HIS FIRST TIME SHOPPING FOR HIS SCHOOL CLOTHES ON HIS OWN. “I like this location , the only problem I ever have are that the clothes are hard to view on the racks because everything is jammed in so tightly especially if it's a sale rack. Also the prices are not the best for bigger items like kitchenware and appliances, you can find most items cheaper at a different store.”

“Always a good option for discounted clothes and random housewares and goods. You never know what you'll find, but the average quality tends to be generally higher than similar warehouse stores.
The actual building is a bit dark and dingy, stained carpet, all that. But you're not here for the shopping experience, you're here for the markdowns, which you will find.
Also the cashiers are usually very friendly!”

“I love Old Navy, especially for kids. They grow so fast and buying something at Old Navy means value ! I found this really nice floral girl's dress on clearance, which is perfect for my great niece who lives in the tropics. The store has a nice selection of sale and clearance items...the checkout process is not bad, just have to stand in line and wait for the next available cashier.”
“Took my teen son into the Providence Place location to buy parts to build his first skateboard. The store manager, Jared, helped walk him through the whole process, gave him advice and taught him how to put everything together. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. “I’ve been a Brooks Brothers customer for years. The dry cleaners recently broke one of the suit coat buttons (and didn’t mention it or fix it). My tailor didn’t do buttons (!) so I called the Providence store to see if they could help. Charles Flora (Asst. Manager) took my call, confirmed the color, and had several in the mail to me that day. That’s what I call Outstanding Customer Service!”
“Spencer's is a really unique "gift" store...it's not your typical Hallmark store where you can get something for your mom or dad...it really is a store for the young and sometimes funky and trendy....some of the stuff like backpacks and pillows are cools and interesting, some other stuff is more into the mythical, mystique and/or risqué. I went to find a prank gift (they have those those) and there were many items that fit the bill....It's a bit crowded and a bit dark inside, but still a treasure chest of fun things ! Spencer's, is a North American mall retailer with over 600 stores in the United States and Canada. Their stores specialize in novelty and gag gifts, and also sell clothing, band merchandise, sex toys, room decor, collectible figures, fashion and body jewelry, fantasy and horror items. “I’d never heard of this store until my 14 year old came home with a pair of $225 sneakers that she had no business buying. I immediately went back to the store with her and explained the situation (and her mental state which lead to this unreasonable purchase). The gentlemen in the store asked made me aware of the no return policy but due to the situation surrounding this purchase (no need to go into detail) they allowed the return. All of the store associates were very nice and understanding. I’d support them again.”

“Even though I am not in my 20s or 30s, I still like to find good stuff at Aeropostale. They have some great polo shirts, jeans, shirts, etc. Also this is one of my niece Debbie's favorites stores, so whenever I see a good sale going on, I stop by.The store is a bit on the crowded side, but it's because they have so much merchandise they need to display, it's busy on the actual floor space as well as high up, with jeans and sweatshirts piled up high.The staff at the register are very nice and the process is pretty smooth.”

“I went to Kohl's in North Smithfield to look for a couple of items, upon cashing out on Saturday, 7/20, I didn't receive the proper e-mail notification for the receiving the percent discount. There was an error in the notification. She helped download the Kohl's application. The associate Whitney who helped me was so very helpful, patient & kind! She was very informative and if you happen to have & meet Whitney, she was the BEST and has the best customer service! We need more people like her in the world today! Thank you, Whitney for your kindness, and assisting me at the North Smithfield, Kohls, & reassured me & made sure that I received the discount no matter how long it took! Thank you again Whitney!
