This place completely fell off. They used to be great a couple years ago, but ever since Covid, they don't care at all. They never seem to be open. Even when you go there during their "posted open hours," half the time the door is locked and nobody is in. The woman that works the limited hours they are open seems annoyed that you are there, even though you are a patron of their business. Rude and unprofessional. I live a mile away and I literally drive 15 minutes in the other direction for my dry cleaning.

I have now gone to this place multiple times there are sometimes signs on the front saying they’re gonna open later than expected on days when you arrive and they’re closed two days out of the week they open late on another day and nine out of 10 times when you arrive they aren’t even open when they say they will be.I honestly have no idea how they run a business or have remained in business with being so unprofessional by not having a facility open on time stay specify they will be open.Most people need their clothing to be able to go to work among other things
