Izzy was incredibly helpful and kind! She walked me through the different key types and styles, and then created the keys for me, making sure they were well brushed so they didn't have any metal pieces hanging around and were clean and ready to use. Everything was quick and straightforward with checkout as well.

This place is a joke. Horrible customer service on 4/5 visits. Employees are hard to find and are hardly ever helpful. Do yourself a favor and go to ace hardware or just drive the extra 10 minutes to Home Depot

they do not take apple pay, i really needed to but construction safety wear. But i am a teenager and don't like to carry around a card for safety reasons, and it's 2023 when we all use apple pay as our payment. I couldn't not require the safety gear because of this monstrosity. thank you

Every single person in this lowes is highly motivated, willing to help, and truly makes shopping pleasurable. I met with the hardware team for finding a screw and an associate spent 20 minute helping me find a screw I needed despite not knowing what sizes I needed. Millwork, lumber, plumbing, and lawn and garden had such amazing staff. The mst team does amazing work doing resets, and the cashiers are beyond attentive . The best I've ever had . I signed up for a lowes mvp , and shopping at this lowes made me feel like an mvp.

I got on the Lowe's APP to do some research on Grout for my shower floor. The app was great, telling me all the options available at this particular store and the aisle number where I could find the grout. If you can do all that research yourself before heading to the store, you will save a lot of time. Trust me! It was such an easy shopping experience. There were so many options and sizes to choose from. I got what I needed and used the self checkout register.

I had a great experience at this store. Just browsing around, ended up in the flooring dept. thinking of maybe putting a new floor in.... an employee named Edgar came up and talked to me about the flooring. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about how to install it. Made me feel confident that I could do it. I really appreciate his customer service. It's not often one gets good customer service, so it's much appreciated when you do. Thank you Edgar.

I came to the store on December 17 and bought my son a socket set for Christmas! I paid $160. I went home I wrapped it. My son opened it as a Christmas present he unclipped the zip tie that was on the case, and he opens it to a bunch of used broken sockets. I brought it back to Lowe’s where they told me they cannot take back used broken tools that they sold me! It is utterly ridiculous, that I spent this much money on a set of tools as a present and now nobody can help me somebody at the store is a thief and it is not me. I am a well respected business owner in the area that constantly shops at Lowe’s but you can guarantee I will never spend another dime here again.

Buyer beware! We paid Lowes over $13,000 to have 3 exterior patio doors installed. The doors were installed on 9/18. The installers never installed the facia boards, one of the doors is sagging so badly that the weather stripping is peeling off, the deadbolt no longer aligns so it’s very difficult to lock, the screen door was never shipped and has not been installed. We’ve visited the North Smithfield store without any success, called corporate Lowes at least 15 times with no response. I’ve reached out to the district manager with no response and now at the regional manager. The contract you sign waves your rights to a court hearing to remedy issues. They really don’t care! DON’T CONTRACT WITH LOWES! We definitely will NEVER AGAIN!

I attempted to fill out a review of my service at Lowe's official address shown on my receipt--but too many pop-ups to complete the survey. Most would probably throw in the towel--but I feel when a business has a great employee like Tom in the N. Attleboro MA. location-they should know about that employee. I ordered a shower door the end of March 2021 from this store. It did not arrive when promised. I went into the customer service desk at this location and spoke to Tom. He contacted the contractor that made the door and was told it was ready to be shipped. Again, it did not arrive on the promised delivery date, nor for another week. Tom checked on my order and determined the door had not even been made yet. I was ready to cancel the order, but Tom explained there would probably be a wait from any other supplier, and gave me his word he would keep an eye on my order and keep me informed. My door arrived at the store last Friday, and I picked it up and had it installed Tuesday. We are very pleased with the product, and remain loyal customers of Lowe's thanks to Tom.

Was just there today and saw something out of place since price gouging has been in the news. A smaller plastic container of non National brand of windows wipes, no doubt anti bacterial. Almost $15 bucks!! wheres normally what? $4 bucks! This on the Store Manager, of usually a lower intellect and caliber. You have to ask yourself, what national chain store manager would do this??

I purchased a Pella bay window and 4 Pella basement windows back in August of 2018. The bay window was improperly installed, in January ,and leaked. In March the basement windows were installed improperly, would not open and weren't even Pella windows. Had 2 different store contractors and Pella representative come to check what had been done. Apparently the initial contractor had measured wrong. The bay window had too large a profile.Finally, after much back and forth, a new bay window was ordered. August 6th, the contractor came to install the window, only to find they had ordered the same size window as I already had. Been trying to reach the project coordinator for over 2 weeks. No response. At this point I would just like my $6500.00 back. I don't trust them to get anything right. It's been over a year and I'm still waiting for windows. By the way, were the basement windows a mistake or fraud, I wonder.

I can't stand Lowe's and now it's even worse. I go there and no one seems to want to help. Just for lumber even. I call so I don't waste my time and I'm constantly back on pick a number. Three times I go through this and get frustrated and hang up. I call again for the operator and same thing. Does anybody work there????? I decide to call Home Depot, 5*'s for them. I call them and any department, they pick up after 2 rings, go Home Depot. WE will NEVER go back to LOWE'S!!!!!! How they are still in business, who knows, between their prices and customer service we'll never know.
