I went to Kohl's in North Smithfield to look for a couple of items, upon cashing out on Saturday, 7/20, I didn't receive the proper e-mail notification for the receiving the percent discount. There was an error in the notification. She helped download the Kohl's application. The associate Whitney who helped me was so very helpful, patient & kind! She was very informative and if you happen to have & meet Whitney, she was the BEST and has the best customer service! We need more people like her in the world today! Thank you, Whitney for your kindness, and assisting me at the North Smithfield, Kohls, & reassured me & made sure that I received the discount no matter how long it took! Thank you again Whitney! You are the best!
There aren't many people like that left in the world! I'm so glad I met you. You made my experience a pleasant one! And for that I want to thank you & felt I had to share my experience!

Pro: Good selections in many departments. Great sales - especially if you have one of their credit cards. Convenient location. Does Amazon returns. Friendly staff.
Con: Dressing rooms in inconvenient location for women and lack 3 way mirrors.
