It's not Enails it is called JT Nails they are fabulous and can't wait to go back in may!!! Lana is awesome I love how she did my nails and my pedicure, I will come see you soon!!! Lana your great at your job. Morgan is great at the front end making appointments and helping me get the colors I want she's also great her job!! JT Nails is also in Cumberland, I have been to both places, but really excited that they are so close to where I live now!!!!??????????

The owner and his wife are wonderful people. Their fees are competitive. I had a reflexology treatment today and feel rejunivated. Great people who are so appreciative of being in America. They support the local community and are trust worthy. Pedicures and gel nails are incredible. I am so appreciative of their caring and service!

This nail salon is taking no precautions against COVID. I visited today and was totally shocked. They did not clean the credit card machine between customers, they let all customers sign in with the same pen. The woman that did my nails did not attempt to clean the table or counter between her last client and myself. They have signs out that say respect social distancing but they sat two ladies side by side at the Nail drying station. The technician was not cleaning her tools

Wow just literally shocked by the lack of hygiene here it was disgusting and dirty here before COVID and I don't know why I thought I'd be ok to go after. They don't clean their tools they don't clean the counters, the chairs, nothing. The scissors they used to cut my nails left ink on my hands everyone was using the same pen to sign in with they did not clean the credit card machine they didn't clean the counter I got my service at even though someone literally just got up and left before me they are atrocious don't risk your life here not only that but my acrylic extensions are all lopsided! I'm going to take a shower now I decided to leave before my manager was even over because this place is unsafe they still charge me full price for half of a service I would go back and ask for a refund if I wasn't genuinely frightened for my goddamn life

Poor quality. Rushed. I was charged 87 bucks for a poorly done liquid gel and gel top coat. She told em she would fix it next time even though I told her while she was doing my nails to fix it. Take your money elsewhere.

Take your money elsewhere. I was rushed and she did a poor job on my liquid gel set. It’s uneven. I asked her to fix it. She kinda did. Then when I was leaving it was 87 for pedicure and liquid gel. I have never paid nearly 90 bucks for both and I live in the city. She told me she would fix it for me next time. There won’t be a next time.

very nice and sweet! they seemed very distracted tho but it was okay. the person who did my nails made them look very nice and clean. they also didn’t clean underneath my nail. however my friend on the other hand, did not receive as good nails. hers were messed up and she quickly half fixed it. she didn’t wait until it dried so it was still messed up. she also did not ask if she wanted her nails squared or rounded. my friend did also not receive her under nails cleaned. not sure if i will be returning.

I've been here in the past and was shown a mediocre experience.. not terrible but not good. I was pressed for time so decided to run here on a lunch break seeing my nails had grown out and I was pressed for time. Everything started out fine, not super friendly but not out of the ordinary. The tech proceeded to get frustrated as my back doesn't allow me to sit directly straight.. he kept asking me to move (although I was totally straight handwise and never had an issue with other techs elsewhere). He proceeded to forcibly move my hands multiple times and on one occasion GET UP AND AGGRESSIVELY MOVE MY CHAIR. Honestly it was not ok but being timid I didn't say anything.. my nails were all misshapen and different lengths.. and for a high price. This was for an acrylic fill.. pretty standard. Sucks as this place is so close to where I live so if the experience was good I wouldn't have to drive twice the distance for my fills. Be careful and speak up..
