CVS is allowing someone else to use my rewards for the past 18 month and they haven’t been able to stop it. I’ve spent hours of my time letting them know about continuing problems to no avail.

I work for R2X.
I was placed on hold from a morning shift employee for over 30 mins. They picked up the phone with out a word & placed me back on hold. Terrible customer service !!! We have their product that goes on their shelves to make them profit. They do not have proper training or respect for companies they work with. Absolutely the worst CVS I have worked with as a broker. Their trucks delivery appointment was sent for today 6/11/24 at 7:00am and they have pushed it back to to next day 6/12/24 7:00am because they don't have the staff or room in their store for their own shipment.

Amazing Pharmacy experience!! I had to split my prescriptions between two Pharmacies because of inventory, and they sent my second one outside of Mass to Rhode Island down the street. The pharm techs were amazing, friendly, knew their business very well, and even though they had never used the unusual monitor I got through prescription, they learned it with me and helped me use the equipment while setting my expectations for when I needed to use it. When something didn't line up, they immediately fixed it within a few minutes. Thank you, all!!! You are significantly wonderful!!!

The ‘night manager Don Johnson’ is a joke. The standards of hiring have certainly plummeted

The women who works the drive up pharmacy window every Sunday morning is always completely rude. I don’t look forward to that type of service first thing on a Sunday morning. She also has a very hard time with spelling and takes a while to find my name. Doesn’t do good for productivity.

The girl at the front desk was absolutely lovely. She was polite and kind. She listened to me when I informed her that the 70% off Valentine’s Day items we’re not ringing up correctly that they were only taking 50% off versus 75%. The pharmacy tech was also very polite. However, there was no indication that the photo center was not an operation. I sat diligently at the kiosk for an hour and 1/2 with no one in sight. I even called the store it rang and rang and rang and rang and rang and rang and rang and then I turned around and this lovely lady was having a conversation with some customers… She said the kiosk gets turned off and won’t be out again till 7 o’clock in the morning! Could the district manager kindly reach out to me? This is outrageous! Thank you very much I will leave my phone number at the front desk once again thank you and wishing you all the best .

I would give 0 stars if possible. Manny the pharmacist couldn’t find his way out of a cardboard box.

Of all the CVS pharmacies that I use to get my prescriptions the North Smithfield CVS at 120 Eddie Dowling Hywy. Is definitely the best in the area. With corporate issues constantly changing staff this is the last store with Pharmacists that have actually been with the company over 25 years. So kudos to Heather, Irene, and other staff that always greet you with a smile and help with what ever customers throw at them.I would hope that executives at CVS could harness what ever this store does and clone to other locations. Experience counts!!Thank youGary

I can't help but share my recent experience with a certain CVS location that has left me disgusted and irritated. Let me tell you, folks, this place takes incompetence to a whole new level!First off, let's talk about their phone situation. It's like they have a secret mission to never answer their phones, except during their precious lunch break. Seriously, it's mind-boggling how they manage to keep that phone off the hook all day long! But wait, it gets worse. When it comes to filling prescriptions, these pharmacists are a complete disaster. They'll be quick to tell you that your insurance doesn't cover your medication, leaving you in a state of panic. However, once insurance finally manages to get through to them (which takes days because, surprise, they don't answer their phone), suddenly they become experts in filling prescriptions.Oh, and let's not forget their condescending attitude. As you wait for weeks, desperately needing a script to avoid being hospitalized, they have the audacity to tell you to "calm down." Excuse me? I'm sorry, but waiting weeks for a life-saving medication is not exactly a walk in the park! And here's the kicker: these so-called pharmacists can't even get their facts straight. They claim they can't cover your script for Riboflavin, but miraculously, they can cover your script for B2. Newsflash, folks, they're the same thing! I didn't realize I had to educate them and do their job for them. Last time I checked, I'm not the pharmacist here!If you think sitting in their lobby, calling your insurance, and handing the phone over to these idiots would solve the problem, think again. They can't even handle a simple phone call! It's like they're allergic to doing their job properly. Incompetence at its finest, my friends. To top it all off, these clowns had the nerve to threaten me with eviction from their store after I dared to tell them to do their job. As if I care! I'll never set foot in that place again, and they can kiss my business goodbye. It's like being kicked out of a dairy shop when you're lactose intolerant – who needs it?And don't even get me started on their excuse for their lack of knowledge and skills. They love to play the understaffed card, but let me tell you, I've never seen so many pharmacists in a CVS in my entire life. How many employees do you need to get the job done? So, my dear friends, if you value your sanity and actually want to receive the medication you need in a timely manner, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this CVS. Trust me, you'll save yourself a whole lot of frustration and disappointment. Consider yourself warned!

I can't even begin to express the sheer frustration and anger I feel after the nightmare I've been through. Picture this: I suffer a severe seizure, end up unconscious, and nearly bite off half my tongue. I'm rushed to Landmark Medical Center, where I spend two agonizing days having pointless tests run on me because the doctors failed to realize that I have a history of seizures. How is that even possible? Shouldn't they have access to my medical records? But the incompetence doesn't stop there. Oh no, it gets worse. I'm then sent to my neurologist, who I've been seeing for a whopping 5 years. And what do I get? More questions than answers. This so-called expert, Mason Gasper, has failed to record any of my medical history for the past 5 years. How is that even possible? How can someone be so negligent and careless with their patients' lives? To add insult to injury, Gasper decides to up my seizure medication, which he's been prescribing me for years. And as if that's not enough, he also prescribes me three additional medications to prevent the seizures from happening again. So, I head to CVS on November 28th to pick up my prescriptions, and what do I get? Only one out of the four medications. I'm told that the other three are "over the counter" and that I need a pre-authorization form from my doctor to get insurance coverage for them. Fine, I think, I'll just get that form and everything will be sorted.Little did I know that I was about to enter a never-ending cycle of incompetence and finger-pointing. CVS blames insurance, saying they need the authorization from Gasper Neurology. Gasper Neurology blames CVS, saying that insurance should cover the medications. And in the midst of all this, I'm stuck in limbo, waiting for someone to do their damn job.I've called Tufts, my insurance provider, multiple times for updates. Each time, I'm given false hope and empty promises. They tell me they've spoken to Mary at Gasper Neurology and that the authorization will be ready in 24 hours. But guess what? 24 hours pass, and nothing happens. I call again, file a grievance, and I'm told the same thing - wait another 24 hours. This has been going on for days, and I'm losing faith in the entire system. Finally, on the 5th day, I'm told that the authorization form has been sent in the morning and that I should be able to pick up my medication. EIGHT DAYS after being prescribed. I rush to CVS, hopeful that this nightmare is finally over. But of course, it's not. None of the three medications are ready. CVS blames insurance, insurance blames CVS, and I'm caught in the middle, feeling like a pawn in their game of incompetence.I spend an hour on the phone with Tufts, desperately trying to get to the bottom of this mess. But all I get is more finger-pointing and no solutions. No one seems to care about my well-being or the fact that I've been waiting for crucial medication for over a week. It's as if they're playing with my life, and it's absolutely preposterous. To say that I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed would be an understatement. The lack of care, communication, and accountability from all parties involved is appalling. I deserve better, and so does every patient who has to endure this kind of negligence.
