I really like the people here (switched up from Balise in Warwick after a…situation, we’ll call it). Always doing good work. Only thing I’ve run into is that I have a tire that has had a slow leak in it forever, and even though I’ve got bumper to bumper on it, they’ve never replaced the rim (we’ve swapped out everything else, and the leak follows the rim when they rotate my tires, so it’s 100% that). Otherwise, it’s a really good place.

Had a check engine light come on about a Month and a half ago, so I brought it into anchor Subaru for a diagnostics on the check engine light. Later on in the day, I got a phone call saying the car was fine and the tech was confused on why my check engine light was on so they reset my light and I paid $200 basically to reset my check engine light. Of course, the next day my check engine light comes back on, so I called to figure out why they missed whatever is going on with my vehicle.. Being extremely frustrated, I spoke to someone on the phone And yes I was frustrated, but never once did I disrespect the lady on the phone, but she took it as a personal attack, which makes no sense whatsoever because I’m sure they get a lot of frustrated customers calling every day and I was also very polite even though I was frustrated. She told me she would have An advisor call me back and she was very polite and I told her thank you and I appreciated her time. About five minutes go by and the service manager Mike gives me a call and immediately had to stick up his butt. By the looks of it, he called me to defend the woman on the phone who clearly lied and said I was cursing at her the whole time Which was 100% not the case. He spoke to me like he wanted to be my father. Eventually, I told him to let’s move on from that situation. We can talk about it in person. I just wanted to get my car figured out, but he just would not let it go. He kept bringing up my phone call with the lady which was completely off subject. I explained to him that I was aggravated, but never once that I disrespect her in any way shape or form, but he just would not listen to me. He would cut me off every two seconds and had no interest in listening to me about my vehicle after a few minutes, his incompetence to what I was saying Eventually frustrating me some more It became very clear and obvious that he had no intention on helping me. Mike is as soft as a marshmallow, and he clearly has some type of feelings towards the lady I spoke to earlier. Long story short, he was not interested from the beginning of the phone call at all in my vehicle and my situation. They just took my money and ran with it. They did not figure out what was wrong with my car and then refused to take my car in for service, which is perfectly fine. There are other Subaru dealerships around. I will for sure be disputing that transaction with my bank. Mike is very unprofessional. He let his emotions make decisions for him. He is not worried about the customer at all. He is clearly there just for a check. And the lady who I spoke to on the phone Is a manipulative liar and she clearly lies to get her way to make her feel better. That place is an absolute joke. I would never bring my car back there again and I would advise anybody else to just try out a different Subaru dealership. If I could give negative stars, I would.

The staff at Anchor Subaru were amazing to deal with. Jackie help us out a lot she was able to help me find a used Subaru that fit my budget. Joe in the finance department works extra hard to get a good interest rate for me and took the time to explain everything. My husband and I left there with a car happier than ever. I look forward to working with the again when it’s time to purchase a new car in the future.

I just stopped at Anchor Subaru b/c I lost my fob while my Crosstrek was running, and I live in Philadelphia, so that's where the spare is (and where I bought the car). The co-owner was so incredibly kind and helpful, calling his parts manager and service manager on their days off to try and resolve my foolishly self-caused problem. They were ready to come in, but ultimately realized that they wouldn't be able to get the programming done. But the effort was all-star. If I move to New England, I will 1000% buy my next Subaru here. Great people make for a great car buying experience.

Went to Anchor as they were the only Subaru dealer open on Sunday. Ishmael greeted us and helped us through every step of the process. We got a great deal and the staff was great. I’d highly recommend Anchor Subaru.

Buying a car can be very stressful. Especially as a woman, it can feel very intimidating to walk into a dealership. However, Jackie from Anchor Auto just immediately made me feel comfortable and helped me feel empowered to make the right decisions for myself. She wasn't pushy, listened to what I was hoping to find, was awesome on the test drive of the car, walked me through the financing process, and never made me feel stupid for any questions I had. I'm so glad I did business here and that I'm part of the Subaru family -- I'm so excited about my Subaru Forester!
