Not only did this dealership go above and beyond to ensure I got a great car at a great price, but the people truly care about you and your car buying experience. My sales consultant was Jackie Lataille and she went above and beyond providing me with extraordinary service. She thoroughly answered all of my questions and left me with no concerns. She made the car buying experience relaxed and enjoyable. She has a wealth of knowledge about Subarus (being an owner herself) and I felt more than confident with the all of the information she gave me. Thanks to Jackie I had an extraordinary car buying experience. Thank you Anchor Subaru team!

When I purchased my car from Anchor Subaru, I requested that they not put their branded license plate frames on it. They complied. However, after a recent oil change, I noticed they had attached the frames without permission. I called the dealership not to demand anything, but to inform them this is going on in their service department. The woman on the phone was very direct in telling me that the fine print under my signature for the oil change stated that I had agreed to it unless I specifically told the service advisor not to. This incident made me wonder what else they might be hiding or not being transparent about if they could sneak something as small as license plate frames into an oil change.

if I could give the dealership, zero stars, I would. This dealership told me it was my fault. They ordered the wrong part for my car. I question the level of competence the mechanics have due to taking off a broken auto dimming mirror, and placing a standard mirror on my vehicle, when all my other mirrors are auto dimming. it took over two months to get a driver side mirror and a cover painted. For reference, my accident happened on 10/16 and its 12/21. on top of it, I was told I would pay the difference from the standard mirror to the auto dimming mirror and that is not what happened the service manager Mike told me I had to pay full price and I could keep the mirror I did not need. I got the work done today 21 December.. they did not clean their nasty handprints off the mirror. Nor did I get a mirror that I previously paid for back. Jack said our car was ready in the bay and it was not. It was parked in the back lot. I do not recommend this dealer to anybody. I've had nothing but a horrendous experience each time I've come here. I will not be back. I also hope this dealership gets their ducks in a row.

It was time to replace our 2016 Outback 3.6R... decided to give Anchor a shot at earning my business. Went online and inquired about 1 or 2 Outbacks that they either had in stock or were in transit to Anchor and what would be "my" price? Never received and actual price quote but did receive a pop up that stated "up to $3,500 off new Outbacks". Went and test drove and inquired about purchasing a higher end model...wanted time to review and asked salesman to reach out to us the next day. Salesman mentioned $750 off MSRP price... we asked about the "up to $3,500 off MSRP on Outbacks"? Salesman continued to reach out regarding they could get the color exterior/interior that we wanted but again no firm answer regarding the price. At that point we decided to return to our original Subaru dealer that in the past avoided most of the games still being played by other dealers. We mentioned the "up to $3,500 off MSRP on the Outback" and they replied they could give us $3,250. Done Deal! Anchor had the opportunity to get a new loyal Subaru customer and they decided to play the game... and they lost!

When I bought my 2018 Legacy I wa told about a "lifetime" warranty. Car was/is great. Reliable, fuel efficient, plenty of power. Everything was great until the radio began to malfunction. It changed channels on its own, dialed my cell phone through bluetooth. First I was told it needed a software update. It was done and didn't fix anything. Next thing was another software update that did nothing. The radio got worse and now the Starlink didn't work. I brought the car in and they said the radio needed to be replaced. The problem is new radios are not available and there is no timetable for when it will be available. When i complained they said they would find an aftermarket radio and install it. They would find the radio and call me. NEVER heard back, to put it simply, They don't care at all. Plenty of excuses, no action. The radio is a constant distraction, can't use hands free cell phone and lose many safety features that you bought the car to have. Customer service is lacking and now buying a new car and Anchor Subaru is the LAST place i would go to.

Went to Anchor Subaru to have my lower control arm bushings replaced which is a known issue with my model. The service rep tried to tell me the lower control arms were worn out,and I called him on it So both sides new bushings and I asked him to please be careful not to cross thread my lug nuts as I've had this happen in the past. I just finished replacing THREE wheel studs after Anchor cross threaded them I will never use them for service again The cost of the work they performed was inflated and unreasonable

They sold me a warranty on a used car and said to me that I could use the warranty anywhere. 3 years later when I finally wanted to use the warranty in Worcester at Patrick Subaru, Patrick could not help because the warranty could not be used within 40 miles of Anchor. I have never heard about this in a warranty. I will never do business with Anchor again.

Went to Anchor today. Nolan knew I was coming, he asked what time I would be there, told him between 4:30-5:00. I wasn't aware they closed at 5:00, nor did he tell me. Got there at 4:45. Vin Catuaro took us over to his desk, told him what I wanted to drive, he told me they closed at 5:00, that's fine, I wanted to drive it, I can be back in 10 minutes. He supposedly went to get it and oops, it sold an hour ago. Sure it did. Why didn't Nolan tell me that, he knew what car I was looking at. Vin then stated that it was 10 of 5, so he wanted to leave, it was obvious. I told him he was rude af as he was yelling how I should have made an appointment across the showroom, uhh, I did and have the text message to prove it. Then he follows us to the parking lot saying how we didn't like Italians, lol! My husband has a VERY Italian last name and introduced himself to this idiot when we came in. No idea what THAT was about. RUDE af and COMPLETELY unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this place.

My experience at Anchor Subaru yesterday was quite terrible. The price for the 2022 Subaru Forester that I found online, and the sales price in the dealership, differed by $6000. After haggling it came down to $4000. This is an unacceptable and unfair business practice, and I have reported this to the Better Business Bureau. I hope they change their advertised prices so that consumers don't waste their time thinking they're going to get a good deal. On a related note, my interactions with the sales manager Orfio were very unpleasant. He acted condescending and untruthful--for example, he justified a low valuation of my trade-in based on his assessment that he'd need to redo my entire roof, and that it would cost him $3000. There was a shallow, dime-sized dent in my roof and no paint was scratched off, in no reasonable world it make a car dealership net profit to go through $3000 worth of steps to remove a dime-sized dent from the roof of a car. Nothing illegal/unethical there, just incredibly rude and dishonest. And when I tried to get Orfio to match the offer I'd received earlier in the day at Balize Subaru in Warwick, $28k for my trade in, he laughed at me and said that "no idiot would pay that much for my old and damaged car." I understand that it's part of his job to save money on purchases, but he could have explained his pricing decision in a way that was more patient and kind and genuine. I hope he changes his behavior so that other potential Anchor customers don't have as negative an experience there. I really do love the Subaru brand, they make great and safe cars, and it's really a shame that I had such a negative experience at Anchor.

One of the worst experiences of my car buying life. I went in ready to buy a new car and was greeted kindly. It went downhill from there. The man who helped me was so condescending to me and my daughterinlaw. Insulted me numerous times by questioning me about the research I told him I had done on the car. Wouldn't describe the different models to me, and challenged me on everything I said. I had to sit at his desk until he went through his computer inventory. When I asked a question he would say "you did the research". Many times. He finally said he had one he would show me. We decided to leave. When we told him he was being a jerk to us, he turned around and walked away from us The manager was standing there and said "sorry about". That's it. Not one effort to sell me a car. Would never recommend them

Worked with Brian and Lenny on purchasing a car. Great and reasonable guys to work with, very keen to your needs, and are willing to work with you to get you what you need. Would definitely come back next time around.

Came to Anchor, after seeing a car I liked both on there website and on cars.com listed for $40, 234 which was MSRP after sitting down with them they told me it was for sale for $46,234. Illegal practice to show a car for sale at one price and then raise it up to another while your there.. They make money at MSRP never mind at what they call market price! If they want it at market value then list it as such! /index.htm?search=Wilderness

My experience at Anchor has always been excellent. Everyone there from service, sales, finance to the owners are very kind and extremely accommodating. I was actually considering not getting into another Subaru after my experience with another dealer, but Anchor changed my mind and just recently placed me in another vehicle that I'm very pleased with so far. I will ONLY go to this Subaru dealership from now on and highly recommend others do the same!

I went to this dealership seeking to purchase an auto. I am handicapped. Their doors do.not have handicapped push.buttons so.i struggled through the door. I had my service dogs with me. I sat at the first available available chair. For 30 minutes people walked by, talked to my dogs but never acknowledged me. I left after 30 minutes. When I complained in an ail Ms. Champagne said everyone thought I was a service customer. I was sitting in the showroom!! Why not offer me water? 29 years as a sales and customer service trainer I have never encountered such disregard for a customer. If you want a Subaru there is another dealer 15 minutes away in Attleborough Mass.
