Buying a new car can be a very stressful process. Rich Melville made that process a piece of cake. Anchor Nissan Of Smithfield they are quite personable, I had to go and get an oil change and they needed to keep my car because of the oil pan problem that the 2023 rogue is having with a few of the vehicles, and I was traveling to go on vacation And they gave me a 2014 Nissan Altima, so I was a little disappointed with that seeing that my car was a 2023 but I was say that they were taking care of my vehicle, as I walked to go outside there’s three Nissan rogue, sitting out in the parking lot and I would’ve loved to have been able to have one of them and the gentleman was pulling it into the parking space and I said oh I said is that going to be available, and he got a little snarky with me And said no, it just got back and we’re going to have to check it out before we can lend it out again. It wasn’t so much me driving the Nissan Altima. It was more about how when I asked the question how I was responded to that really bothered me, I’m a very loyal customer there I have been there for close to 10 years. I’ve bought a three vehicles from there and do all my services through Smithfield, when I got my bill for my synthetic oil change, I was a little appalled. The actual cost of the oil change was $43 and then I was charged almost $47 for labor, which is ridiculous , I called around to other places and they charge like $50-$60 so on that respect I feel like I’m being ripped off and I am probably going to be going outward to get my oil changed going forward, all in all I have been very satisfied other than these two issues that I’ve just had I will not be spending $90 on an oil change that’s not going to happen

A special shout out to service advisor Chrystal who went above and beyond to get my new truck fixed the first time and stayed in communication with me to let me know what was going on with my recall and repair
