Went for general maintenance service on Saturday for my forester purchased new from anchor ⚓ in 2020 and still received excellent quality fast accurate service from them as always. Glad to be part of the Subaru family at anchor ⚓

My husband bought a Frontier here 3 years ago. At the time there was no manual transmission available. He recently purchased a used 2019 Frontier and wanted to have it checked out just in case there was anything wrong. The service department went through it and checked just about everything possible. My husband was very happy and also got all of this questions answered in detail. We can't say enough good things about both the original purchase and the service department.

This dealership is by far one of the best I've ever been to. You're not immediately hounded by sales people, you're not pressured into anything, you are allowed to leave whenever the heck you want, without salespeople pressuring you to stay and consider buying a car. I bought a 2023 Nissan pathfinder platinum. The car is AMAZING. The price was AMAZING. My overall experience with anchor has been seamless, made so extremely simple by their hard work and dedication to their customers. Eric Fera was my salesperson; he was not intimidating, he had answers to any random questions I could think of, he was extremely helpful during the process of adding the new car to my insurance policy, and just so many other great things. He also told me on many different occasions if I ever have any questions or anything to reach out to him, he'd be more than happy to help. Very, very pleased with the overall car buying experience at anchor Nissan. One last thing... the sales manager, Derrek Sanger, in addition to Eric, made something very special and heartwarming happen for my two young kids who recently unexpectedly lost their dad. My kids and I had been driving their dads truck around pretty much since dad passed away, until one night it broke down. Long story short, I knew I'd be trading it in soon anyways so we had it towed to anchor so they could assess and fix the issues, blah blah blah that's not my point. My 6 year old son was devastated that we were getting rid of dads truck & he was really sad that he never got to properly say goodbye to it. Derrek and Eric made it possible so that I could bring my son there to say goodbye to the truck. They could've totally ignored my requests to do this... they could've brushed me off and fed me some BS but instead they made it happen. They told me whenever I can get the kid there, they'll make it happen. And they did. That might've been my favorite part about the whole experience here at Nissan. They're a great group of employees!

Subaru is in my mind in the top 3 Japanese car imports. Their AWD system is hands down refined to perfection. Theres a reason why people are trading in their cars for Subi's now. Subaru of America stands behind all models too.

Super selection. They have qr codes on all the cars to look up the details which is neat unless you don't have a smart phone. Didn't seem to have many salesman there. No one approached me to help but I'm just tire kicking right now so I didn't really need them.

*5/27/22 Update. Well just had a great experience buying a 2021 Subarus Impreza from Anchor. I had a negative experience last year at Anchor that must have been an aberration. My salesman that I dealt with this time (Ali) is the best.Ali Anchor If I could rate Anchor Group zero stars or less I would. I saw a 2021 Nissan Kicks S advertised online on the Anchor website for $21,450 (Stock# N18234) today. I called Anchor to verify that this was the actual vehicle price. I was assured by someone named Nolan (sp?) twice over the phone that $21,450 was the correct vehicle price. After I drove down there (35 minutes) I happened to see a sign on the vehicle window saying $3,000 was being added to $21,450; the price was actually $24,450. This is false advertising. A car dealership has a right to add $10,000 to a MSRP for all I care, but advertising a lower price and then confirming the lower price on the phone is false advertising.

Prejudiced, biased, and dismissive. I've been treated worse, but not as openly. Usually people keep their bigotry to themselves. Here they are happy to share their ignorance. Even if you like bad service and borderline intolerance, there are better Nissan dealerships. Don't believe me, keep reading about them. We need less people like this doing business.

Studied the used car selection in the lower price category as my Plan B in case my 2006 Colorado with the check engine light couldn't get another 2 yr exemption. I had heard good things about Anchor from a former boss. What a great experience I had. The salesperson I had was Ali, frankly I was a mess, after spending hours at another dealer. He seemed genuinely happy to meet me. It really helped that I walked in knowing what I wanted. I have heard about the lack of good used cars but I refused to have that be my experience. Ali listened and went to get the vehicle. A brief moment of fear it was on hold but not so. His first comment to me was what a nice vehicle it was. Because I'd had a rough day I asked him to drive we took turns. I kept asking if it was the right vehicle because it looked new on the inside. Not sure anyone had ever even sat in the backseat. The outside had a few dings but mainly great. Now I am the happy owner of a 2012 Hyundai Tucson. Light blue/gray. Very satisfied with my experience and very grateful.
