Altho quite difficult getting a prescription consistently. Pharmacists didn’t seem to know what the automated system was doing. Even know when you call they push you in that direction. Everybody is very nice but just difficult to get a prescription filled consistently. Had to go to a different drugstore after being a customer for well over a decade.

I’ve been in this store twice & both times had to deal with incompetence from all the workers I dealt with: 1st time was to pick up an online order that was supposedly ready, it wasn’t. When I finally got my order & went through it, they gave me something other than what I ordered so I asked for it to be refunded but somehow the register didn’t recognize the code. “Manager” had to be called & she couldn’t make it work either. Then said there was nothing she could do, no apology nothing, very rude & I was stuck with an item I didn’t even order. 2nd time I was in for there for 20 minutes while they tried to find their login for the FedEx machine, literally 20 minutes! I would have left but there are no other Walgreens near me because they keep closing when this is the store that needs to close.

Went to the drive thru for a covid test, waited about 10 minutes and pressed the call button twice before someone actually noticed I had been there as well as another person behind me waiting as well. Could see someone walking around before the second time I hit the button, pharmacist said she didn't hear it. If that's the case, they need to fix the bell.

The younger women in the back with blonde hair and highlights is the rudest most entitled "pharmacist" I've ever seen at a Walgreens. And oh my god the worst dental hygiene I've ever seen on a person. Not a comfortable environment for a customer.

Not open on weekends! At all. Closes earlier than what they’re hours are listed. Very frustrating.

The pharmacy does not answer the phone, The pharmacy is not as good as it was at one time. Obviously the Company does not care. I am seriously considering switching to a pharmacy that cares. I would be open to talk to a Company Supervisor.

The staff consistently locks the doors 5-10 mins before closing. That’s the best way to make a customer feel unwanted. Switching to CVS ✌?

Oh my gosh. These people are overworked or inept. I think it's a little of both. I've only had 2 scripts there and problems with both. I know the place switched over from Rite-Aid 2 mo's ago but you can only use that excuse for so long. There is always a long line. They never have your script ready. I was definitely a bit angry but not rude. And the response I get is a woman sucking her teeth and rolling her eyes at me like a petulant child. For the specifics: Since I waited 20 min in line(and I was just told by my Dr. that it was there), I asked if perhaps the pharmacist could call me. They said sure. 2 days later, never heard from pharmacist, and to boot, my script was ready and no one called for that. Here I am sitting in pain for 2 days. I called them and asked why I didn't hear from anyone, crickets. I asked then why, they wouldn't have told me of script ready (like CVS or whatever). Crickets. They are basically the only game in town here, so maybe that's how they're getting away with it. Not sure. I sure hope they improve. Feel bad leaving this review but you know how it goes, you feel really strongly one way, or the other.... the place get's a review. You can guess why I felt compelled to leave this one.

Constant problems. It's EVERY single time I come here too. Called the pharmacy ahead to make sure my prescription was ready & they told me it was. Arrived & it's suddenly not ready. Then I was told it was $17. I have insurance and it covers basic antibiotics. Had to wait nearly 45 minutes for them to fill a basic prescription for amoxicillin. I know they just switches over from Rite Aid- but GET IT TOGETHER! However the woman at the window was extremely nice and helpful!
