I used White Cross Pharmacy many years ago. Had problems but everyone makes mistakes so I thought I would try them again. I appreciate the dose packs, it’s very helpful. However, I was told by one person that I would get them every 2 weeks, another person every month. It would go back and forth. The pharmacy and delivery team is not on the same page. Delivery would tell me one thing, pharmacy would say well he shouldn’t be telling you that. I never would be notified when my medication would come. Some medications would be left at my door with my permission. If I wasn’t home they would ask my neighbor to sign for a particular medication. Totally unacceptable regarding my personal privacy. My neighbor was bothered on at least 3 occasions. She said they wouldn’t leave it unless someone signed for it. I NEVER had any idea when my meds would be coming unless it was coming the day I emailed or called. Last week I needed a refill. It should have come automatically. They said it would get delivered that day. I got my medication delivered, however it came at 7:20 at night. I didn’t think it was coming. I was already in my pajamas. Pharmacy and delivery need to get on same page. Pharmacy should give you a day and estimated time frame for delivery so the customer is aware and home for delivery. If it is going to be an evening delivery there should also be a notification. Send a text, email, call or robo call!!! Will NEVER use or recommend White Cross again!

It is a bad service when you call on the phone they hang up and do not help people who do not speak EnglishThis is the mineral spring pharmacy, they should improve the service

I'm trying the Med-pack for the first time for my husband. Received our first 2 week order about 10 days after I called to sign up. As my prescriptions run low, I will be signing up, too! I am also trying to get MIL & aunt, both with Dementia on schedule with them soon.They offer free delivery & bill our payment method once per month. Certainly better & quicker than filling our own pill trays every week.

UNPROFESSIONAL!! Delivery driver parked literally half his van on my underground sprinkler system, in my driveway, half on my grass. When I mentioned that to the driver, he was on his phone (speaker), lady on the other end wanted to know "what did she just say to you". Very cocky..........I was hung up on x2, from their delivery department. Also told I had to go pick up my meds in Providence.FIRED!! I can do better by myself!

Overall experience with the pharmacy over the years has been great as well as the drivers very pleasant as for the billing dept. They put your account on hold without notifying me by text or by mail and one person is very rude you can't have a pleasant conversation and asking questions I make a payment and it's not enough they overlook when a big payment is made as I said Pharmcy is great billing department needs an overhaul an ove

White Cross Pharmacy does not deliver a person's medication the day it is supposed to be delivered!! I waited home all day and it's 6p:m still no medication delivery!! I would love to know which delivery driver has my medication and where is it?

I am doing this review for a blind friend.He just called white cross to see if he had any prescriptions over there, since transferring to CVS.The man was very rude, and yelled I told you we don't have anything for you here.Extremly disrespectful

WhiteCross Pharmacy and their MedPack was and continues to be THE solution to providing medication maintenance for our father. WhiteCross provides invaluable peace of mind not only for the patient, but for the caregiver. Before moving to WhiteCross, I was overwhelmed with the number of prescriptions, pharmacy refill pick-ups, weekly organization of medication and prescription changes for my father. The WhiteCross team was so very helpful in the transition process and continues to provide amazing customer service - from the pharmacists, answering billing questions, to the delivery drivers. My father has confidence that his medication arrives each month on time and is accurately dispensed in the MedPack allowing me as the caregiver to also have peace of mind. White Cross has been great with me. Unlike CVS, they will wait until I order something to fill it--CVS used to fill things I took off my list! I had my normal medications delivered last night and a half hour later, another driver for WC was here with medications my PCP just ordered that day!

I have used White Cross for over 25 years. They have always treated me well and provide me with the medication that I need to be a healthy and contributing member of society. And Agosto always delivers at the same time so I never miss a delivery. Nadine and Cassandra are always very kind and I appreciate that so much.

Your establishment is a joke. First of all your website tells people you are open until 4:00 pm on a Saturday witch you are not . Second of all you really need to fix your sidewalk it is lifted by like 2 inches in a certent spot. I had Come to pick up my prescription at 2:00pm just gotten out of the hospital for falling and fell again on your property hurt my knee really bad you are lucky I don't get a lawyer.
