Got some canned tomatoes for a recipe I was making. I like that they have some options with no salt added, which helps with the sodium intake. The store overall was very clean and the staff was busy getting stuff organized and properly on the shelves when I went. I always look at their mobile app to check out the specials and sale items, you can save a good amount if you take 2-3 minutes before walking into the store. There was no wait checking out so that was easy.

I use to have to service this store at my old job, and I had nothing but bad experiences with the staff there. So when I was at a party and drew the short straw to get some supplies I reluctantly went. Nothing to change my opinion. Only 1 express lane open, and the cashier seemed miserable. Luckily this isn't my local stoppy.

I usually hate giving out one star reviews but in this case i have to. I went to the mineral spring location and when i tell you i was disgusted and appalled by the way the customer service desk worker whos name was maria. When i asked her to repeat herself because i couldn't hear her she became very snotty with me. I didn't appreciate the way i was being spoken to. I asked if i could speak to the manager and she told me nobody was currently there. I will not be returning in the future. If you wanna get disrespected id go..

The cashier was awesome! And they have everything I wanted, even the couscous I couldn't find at Whole Foods Market. It was a calm atmosphere, I'm from NYC... So seeing a supermarket that calm, it was a blessing. The gentleman that was doing putbacks was amazing.

I hate to give one star ratings, but this store must have gone under a management change because the store has recently become much worse. During the renovation there were signs talking about how this update would make for a better shopping experience. I know a lot of stores have one way aisles in this environment, but they also made theirs much more narrow. In addition some of the other negative changes are much more limited variety, limited quantities of merchandise, an extremely small greeting card section, no more seasonal, no more sundries in a dedicated area, and no more book or magazine selection. The prices have gone up drastically, and there are constant food shortages due to the huge peapod section that takes up a quarter of the store. I'll be visiting other customer friendly stop and shop stores like Attleboro, Greenville or Lincoln in the future.

This has to be the worst Store in the Company......I live down the street and continue to pop in for a quick shopping and the place is never fully Functional...some part of the store seems to be always Broken down and taped off...most times I just get back in the Car and drive to Shores down the street...I do like the ORGANIC section but only at Lincoln Mall...Im not sure why NP Stop & Shop is in such a Mess but clearly someone should do something.

Due to a change in my job I decided I would shop here. The store mgmnt needs to better keep track of prepared foods expiration dates. On 2 different visits I discovered some items were passed the expriation date and i don't want to use . When i attempted to return them customer service would not let me exchange them- said i should keep track of expiration dates. Total BS. Also on one occasion I noticed there was something hanging from one of the freezers when i told a employee they responded go to another one- Calling HQ got me no where was told to contact local store, just passing the buck. I will never return

This location sucked before Covid-19, now it is even worse. Went in recently and found nothing that I wanted. You can't count on this company when you really need them. Went to Shaw's and they were fully stocked. Stop and shop raped us for years and now they are upping the prices on the selves in the name of the pandemic. This store is still disgusting. The parking lot reeks of rotting, rancid oil which should be your first warning sign. Buyer beware, prices don't ring up as marked and this happens with over 25 percent of items. Just a very bad place overall.

It's just that, "okay". I've never had any issues here, frankly I never come to this location because it's out-of-the-way for me. The store was reasonably clean, I didn't encounter any staff and they had what I needed.

I have been shopping at this Stop & Shop location for years. I would like to acknowledge Nate who works in the Deli. Nate's customer service skills are absolutely excellent! Nate always remembers my name, he is friendly, always positive and upbeat with a smile on his face. In addition to these excellent skill sets. Nate also remembers what I usually purchase at the Deli, he takes his time with me when going over what I'm purchasing and always asks if there is anything else he can do for me!

I have been coming here for years and after my last few trips I've had enough. Not only have their prices gone over the past few months, customer service is nonexistent. There is never any registers open and if there is they are both 12 items or less, need a cart, might want to grab one on your way in because the workers are either on their cell phones or smoking. Deli counter, sure if you want to wait 15 minutes just for your number to be called. It's not the wait that bothers me it's the poor customer service. I will make the drive to Attleboro for market basket

Stop & Shop price hike has made it impossible to shop there for the week now . I will know have to try Shaw's. If not there I will end up at Price Rite. Unfortunately it's more of a drive but worth it. There prices have almost gone up 1/3 on every item!

They need to hire more employees. The lines are always long, they seem to only have 2 cashiers on at a time. This in turn forces self check out to also have long lines, which self check out machines are frustrating and hardly ever work properly. This store also seems to have restocking issues. Almost every trip there I find myself asking employees if they know when an item will be restocked.
