I have MS I have been going to CVS pharmacy for 16 years. The most ridiculous unruly People that treated me like dirt. I also went to Walgreens on Mineral Spring next to rt. 146. I was not treated with any respect their either! My doctor mixed up the two stores and the Walgreens on Mineral Spring next to rt. 7 they treat me like I am something so special always calling with notifications of my prescriptions status. Unreal in 16 plus years no one has ever done that! You cannot even call into the pharmacy at CVS anymore, shame on them. I have a new family now! Thank you 1665 M.S.Ave.!

I frequent this store often and usually I never have a bad experience. However today (10/7/2) I called to ask why the pharmacy was closed today. I was told by someone named Jennifer that there was a medical emergency with the pharmacist and by law it can't stay open for that reason. Before I had a chance to speak she said "Okay? Bye" which I found to be very abrupt, as though she was trying to hang up as soon as possible. I then had to quickly ask my next question which was whether that was to be all day or not, since I wanted to know whether I would need to make other arrangements to get my prescription that was due to be filled today. The store staff needs to be a little more courteous on the phone with a customer.

Where do I even begin, not only is the store never stocked, the pharmacy is absolutely terrible. The service is horrible and majority of the staff have no clue what they're even doing. Corporate needs to get involved. I am surprised they have not being a chain like Walgreens. I will be switching pharmacies because I've had enough of this.

They have some very good staff! I was checking out with my 5 year old and the cashier (Nadira was her name) gave plenty of compliments and was sure to make her customers laugh. When I handed her a $2 bill she was shocked and started conversation about it. Great service. I come here all the time and it definitely has great staff! I will continue to shop here!

Pharmacy closed ALL WEEKEND. I understand shortages in healthcare (I'm a doc) but professionals who make decent $ and serve the public have to work more than they want. Remember Covid.

The staff here is pleasant, efficient, and warm. IM going on 6 years and am yet to have anything negative to say and always have positive experiences.Communication is an absolute blessing through the WALGREENS application, which makes things so much easier for both you and the staff. To understand how busy they are and the volume of work to the staff count, you should learn to be patient and think ahead. It's pretty simple (for people who complain) to learn patience and communication through the Walgreens application, I assure you its simplicity and ease of use make things efficient and smoother for everyone .Thank you guys for ALL YOU DO with God's BLESSINGS ALWAYS.?

Open the bloody Pharmacy on the weekends. Maybe if corporate paid their Pharmacists a competitive salary there wouldn't be this issue!Moving prescriptions out of this poorly run Walgreens chain.

They need to get their act together. The store itself is okay. It's clean, staff is friendly and hours of operation are good. There is something that very much needs to have attention. The aisle that has the bread, nuts, and canned items has been cleaned out and bare since 2 weeks ago when there was concern over a snow storm. Nothing has since been restocked. The rest of the store shelves are adequately stocked. This is clearly a management issue.

We picked up my prescriptions, when I got home I removed them from the bags and one was 60 short. I immediately called the store. I was on hold for twenty minutes, when they answered I explained the issue I was put on hold. She came back on and told me to bring the bottle back and they would fix it. I then stated this was unacceptable to be waiting on hold for twenty minutes and didn't they have anyone checking the prescription. She started yelling at me that she was the only one there (not my fault). I mentioned I was going to change to CVS, to which she replied good go to CVS.

The pharmacy at this location has been closed for a long time. The shelves are usually well stocked. There are very seldom staff walking around the store. The only people working there seem to be those at the cash register and they're nice enough but they're busy waiting on customers.Walgreens needs to make a decision --- breathe life into this store and keep it open OR close it and direct people to the store at the corner of Mineral Spring and Charles OR the store down on Admiral Street. This store is large and well lit and has very roomy aisles and a big parking lot. It doesn't seem like Walgreens really cares about this location.

Pharmacy is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Poor pharmacy staff. I won't be going to even shop there ever again. I called corporate office to complain. Just a "we are sorry for your inconvenience". When I spoke to the store manager, he hung up on me. Terrible customer service!
