Walked in and was greeted right away. Doctor did my appointment right on time. He was great. The woman who helped me pick my glasses and lenses was patient and helped me get what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay.

Although the doctor was very good, it took too long to complete an eye exam. A quicker portion of the exam would be to purchase a digital eye exam as opposed to the free eye drop dilation. That’s an up sell on an eye exam. Are we buying tires?
After listening to another patient being guided though purchasing glasses, as I waited 40 minutes to be called back in after my dilation drops, I found
his experience to be excruciating long and tedious with a lot of salesmanship involved. I just could not hang around any longer to buy the glasses I needed when my exam was completed. Online glasses may be an alternative answer.

I was very pleased with my service, the associate explained the pricing to me, helped me choose glasses that fit my face, also helped get the right ones for working with computers. I was very pleased and plan on returning to purchase another pair of glasses in the near future so I will have 2 pairs in case I lose the other ones!!!!!!

I have been a client when my daughter was 2 the chain name changed but were always kind and caring.We work with the north providence store ,the person we work with is Kim .my huband and I are able to take our time .many choices. This was my first time here. And I had an amazing experience from the time I walked in to the time I left. The staff at the front desk were amazing,kind and super efficient checking me in. The eye doctor was great as well. He went over everything he did and what he recommended. And getting glasses at the end was easy too. I'll definitely be back to this location!!!
