“Today was my first time coming here and I was very impressed. Great selection, very clean store… but the best part was the employees. Both guys were very welcoming and friendly, and super informative about their products. They gladly answered all my questions, made great recommendations and there was no pressure to buy whatsoever. “My opinion is that they are the most knowledgeable vape store in the Providence metro area. Most other stores pale in comparison. When I need a mod, coils or batteries they are my chosen location. The only areas I see for improvement would be a wider selection of liquids and a website that I could order from. I wish they would sell base liquids and a lot more flavors of juice so I can mix my own juice. Still, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I doubt they make the decision on what is supplied. I was spoiled as I lived in Germany for 5 years and they tend to have bigger vape shops with far more industry and the ability to see huge online selections for delivery to your home as soon as you upload age verification using a secure ID upload.”
