Went to get my computer fixed, when I got there a sign said “be back in 20” with a number to call, called the number and said he would be back in 30. Went up the street and they were there when they said they would be so spent my money there instead.

I do a lot of b2b transactions with Urgentech. They have a great inventory of MacBooks for great prices. Any issues I’ve ever had ( not many ) have always been resolved with the most professional service. I’d like to give them 5 stars for 3 main factors - pricing, professionalism, and options. Whether I need a repair outsourced or some inventory they always have a solution for a fellow local business!

Fantastic service, great products. If you take into account the amount of e-waste being created when you purchase new and compare it to purchasing refurbished it's an amazing feeling to get exactly what products I needed and do my part to prevent just a small amount of e-waste. This business is great and there customer service is of the upmost. A+ give them a shot before you go anywhere else.
