“We were literally on our way to a beach house vacation, car loaded, kids in, when my car wouldn’t start. Using our Triple A membership we called for service and they dispatched through Achins Garage. The service man arrived in about 30 minutes and replaced a dead battery, getting us back on route to our vacation really quickly!

“I can’t say enough good things about this company. They helped us out of a bind with a garbage dealership and were quick and efficient and friendly. The driver was a great guy who even had some good ideas about how to help with our problem. I would recommend 401 towing and will not call any other company in the future.As a side note don’t ever do business with Route 146 Auto in Smithfield, they are completely corrupt and will squeeze you for every penny and sell you a car that they know has a defunct engine then try to charge you for it to be replaced while still in warranty period. They are horrible and we don’t want other people to be trapped by them also.”

“Best Euro wizard in the world, I needed someone to help do my timing chain guides/powering steering pump and my transmission lines on my 2003 bmw 540 and Freddy was there to help me out every step of the way! When I also had my 2010 bmw 528 and my 2008 Mercedes s550 I was having major problems with both of them and Freddy was able to figure out their problems like it was nothing. And not only that but he’s also an expert on Bmw M’s, Amgs, and Audi Rs’. Dont take your euros no where else, take them to R and S!”
“My experience with Anthony's began with repairs due to a truck losing some material and causing damage to my 10-year old Mercedes' The repairs included body work and replacement of the windshield. I was exceptionally pleased with the repairs. Fine workmanship, excellent communications and friendly people. Recently, I brought the car in for a full detail and I was very impressed with the work done. I jokingly said that the shop saved me $50,000 because it came out looking brand new so I no longer needed to replace it with a newer model. Great people, great service and total satisfaction. I was towed by order of Lincoln RI police and preferred Towing treated me very kind and was good to me even though I didn't have any cash to retrieve my vehicle that night. I was allowed to take anything that I wanted out of the truck before it was taken off to the tow yard. The fee was beyond reasonable and only $30 a day/each day storage fees. No tax, no bull and no games!! Easiest tow and towed vehicle retrieval ever!! $285 GRAND TOTAL AFTER 5 DAYS IN TOW!! STORAGE FEES AND TOW INCLUDED!! PREFERRED TOWING AND AUTO SALES FAMILY MADE A BAD SITUATION MUCH BETTER!! KIFOS TO GREAT BUSINESS IN THIS DAY, AGE AND TIMES”
