I called to see if I could book 1 of the several open appointments for a partial foil online and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and told me “we don’t do color 3 hours before we close and we close at 5” it was 1pm.

The website and the hours on the door say you are open until 7pm. I had a job interview and got out of work at 5 to get a haircut. Arrived by 530 and the door locked. I have used this place many times and the service is always great. Extremely disappointing when the website and door decal says 7 pm and can’t get a haircut
