Bought 2 packages of glazed donuts. And found a piece of sharp, hard, and thick plastic or silicone piece when I bit it from one of the packages. Probably it came from the broken spatula. Please discard your broken utensils as it can cause food contamination.

I was recently shopping in Rhode Island and finished off the day at Stop & Shop, in North Providence, RI.
I just had to comment about a wonderful young man who was a cashier here. His name is Richard.
Richard was so pleasant, helpful, courteous and polite. He really is a credit to your store and a fine example of customer service, at its best.

This place should be ashamed of itself. By comparison to any other store this store has subpar produce at increasing prices. Many products are at or near their expiration dates. They do not get pulled from the shelf on time. This is almost like the whole foods/whole paycheck concept, except products are much worse and prices are as high. No visit to stop & shop is below $100. Try market basket instead...

Yahira should be promoted!!! I recently had a great experience at this Stop and Shop. I was taken care by a employee that took the initiative to make the shopping experience so much better! Yahira helped me bag as she was bagged up, several of us heard the thunder storm and saw it was pouring outside. Yahira help not only with bagging but told us to pull up front and she helped put our groceries in the car without asking her. She did all this out of her goodness of her heart. I had such a good day that day because of that experience. Speaking as if I was the manager I would give her recognition ( Employee of the month) , promotion or make her a manager in the future. She showed true leadership and act without being asked. If you ask me that’s a true respectful employee. I hope she see this and knows she so appreciated! May God bless her, Thank you. (This was on June 22, 2024) She’s a real one for what she did!

I visit this store because the location is convenient for me …..there’s one big problem here for me, the cashiers here are always in a bad mood. Im not sure if it’s just the younger kids that don’t want to work or what, it’s painful to watch… almost concerning! I’ve never had a problem bagging my groceries but when the cashier is done and they just stare at me bag my stuff looking like I need to move but don’t give me a hand??♀️

The meats are no good, they were all a brown color. I bought a container of cherry tomatoes and the were no good, fungus coming out of them.

I just moved closer to this location on Mineral Spring Ave so I started shopping here instead of Shaw's. The grocery manager, Scott was extremely helpful! I was looking for butter and they were all out. He took the time to go looking in the back of the store and they were still out. He then came with me to the butter section to see if he could find it for me. No luck! He offered me a different brand at the same price! That is customer service at its finest! Other stores and managers would never have done that. That one thing though, will keep me wanting to spend my money at that particular store. That's how it's supposed to work!!!! Thank you so much!!!! I highly recommend this market for their superior customer service from the grocery manager! 5 stars!!!!!

An overstimulation nightmare. If you have any neurodivergent symptoms or stimuli sensitivities, I highly suggest you avoid this location if you can. Electrical noise is very strong throughout the store.
Other issues include: restrooms not being properly cleaned; prices being higher than other grocery companies; large ceiling leaks during rainfall.
