So I always go to Shell to get gas for all my cars. It’s not my first time to this property, but the girl Nevaeh that was working she did not know at all what she’s doing. I have worked for Shell and this is not we offer as a customer service. First she was super rude. She Did not welcome any of the customer and then when I asked her to put gas on the pump 2. She just took the cash and said you’re all set. I said no I need to put my rewards, which she was supposed to ask me, but she was super busy in watching a series with AirPods in her ears, which was the reason she couldn’t hear me well she was busy eating and drinking while I was waiting for her to process the payment. I go to the pump and I see that she probably put it on the wrong pump and she transferred but the rewards did not go through so I go back in there and told her that it didn’t go through. she started slamming the register and turning around the register to me saying I cannot change it if it’s not changing instead of offering me help or figuring out what’s going on I told her to do it again which she did but she was slamming things left and right.
Again, Shell/Seasons should focus on training employees with good customer service.

I always went to this place in the morning on my way to work for a coffee stop, but now I'm never going back. Today the guy who works there who looks like the Howdy Doody puppet, told me not to use two paper cups for the coffee. He went a step further and did a quick training program to show me how to put a cardboard sleeve over the coffee cup. I told him "F...you" and he lost a customer. Harassing customers over a paper cup. Ignorant.

Woman name Andria was super rude denied my service because I got a little upset at the fact my Id was expired only by a few days like come on! But still wanted to put 30$ in gas and she denied me purposely because of a little frustration...Andrew the manager was a good man came out and spoke with me but I'm furious I come here all the time and now I might not come back because of her . You do customer service that was bad customer service.

This convenience store is one of my favorites in the area. The staff are friendly, everything looks clean and organized. All that aside, they're one of the few convenience stores that have Kombucha. I'm a bit of a Kombucha junkie and frequent this location when the local supermarkets are closed. Another reason why I come here is because it feels safe at night; everything is well lit, there appears to be security cameras, so you don't have to worry about filling up your tank in the later hours. I would like to complain about the hiiiiigh gas prices, but can't blame this business for it, lol (I also have a hybrid, so not really sweatin it). -ODL Follow my IG: @AOEAT

They always have the best selection of snacks and candy! Plus they sell my yogurt covered candies that I cannot find anywhere else!!!

They're still at the top of their game: * Clean bathroom (and smelled fresh) * Well stocked * Cold beverages from the cooler, and cold A/C in the store * An employee was mopping * Cashier extremely polite Not many gas station/convenience stores worthy of 5-star standards, but this one is. The Seasons Corner Market on Louisquissett Pike in Lincoln could learn a thing or two from this location! Keep up the great work
