Melissa is one of the best hair stylists in RI... I have been going to her for over 15 years... She recently cut, layered, colored and gave my hair sangria highlights afterwards I walked out of Runway Salon feeling like a new woman!

The salon doesn't look appealing from the outside (looks closed and randomly placed, and the front door isn't obvious) but the inside is colorful, clean, and appealing. Josie did my hair - she was sweet, excited about what she does, and willing to work through with me what I wanted done. I showed her a few pictures and we spent some time talking through options and colors, and in the end my hair turned out great! No complaints there! The process itself took longer than I expected, but that could have just been because I didn't know how long a process like I had done takes. Overall a good place!

This was the worst experience of my life. The girl blow drying my hair left It frizzy, untamed, looking like I was form an 80s movie. She cut my bangs too short and did not style them properly. She noticed how unhappy I was about my haircut and did nothing to fix the problem. Worst customer experience ever in a salon. Do not go here. Ever.

Very disappointed. Didn't listen to a word I said. My hair takes a very long time to grow so I asked for her to cut off less than an inch. She cut off 3 and dyed my hair a different color than what I asked for. I'm very upset, my hair only looks decent when it's at a longer length. It's gonna be a long wait for it to get back to where it was. The customer should be the one to decide the length since they have to live with the hair.

Got my hair done there a second time...this time without a Groupon. Didn't come out that good. Was quite expensive. Quote from my mother: "You got your hair done? It doesn't look like you got your hair done at all??" Wrote a complaint email. Never heard back from salon...
