I wish I had a before picture, the watch had mold inside and was not serviced in 50 years! I was shocked when I picked the watch up and the bill came to $100 under budget.

?Special Thanks to Joanne who I've never met...I've been a customer here for longer than I can remember, usually for a battery change & watch polishing.
Most recently I had an engraving and band replacement that found me in financial hardship at pick-up time.
The understanding kindness I was extended reminded me of the true meaning of Customer Service and care that I thought disappeared with Chivalry. P.S. They have homemade Honey❤️
