Was looking for an agent — was going to contact this agency until I saw one of their agents (Marianna Cote) call someone “fatty” among other things on social media. If you’re going to advertise your business… assume customers will do their due diligence and research before choosing representation. I’d hate to work with someone that looks down on me.

If I could give this brokerage 0 stars I would - but you have to give at least 1to leave a review. My agent did not perform his due diligence, he was careless with documents, his professionalism is severely lacking. My property was poorly represented while in Matthew Mandeville’s hands. My agent did not attend open houses with me or even private showings, nor did he have one of his co-agents accompany me. When Lynn called to do a customer satisfaction survey she was quite appalled at the issues brought to her attention yet the broker nor Matthew did anything to reconcile this disaster.

Century 21 Limitless PRG is one of the best realty companies around Rhode Island. Their team of experts is first-class and helpful. Specifically, I would highly recommend Paula Cardi. She is a great real estate agent. Paula Cardi helped me buy my first property and sell it. Paula was efficient, patient, and understanding when I was buying and selling my property. She always answered all my questions and was always available via phone or text. All of these together are great qualities to have as a real estate agent when your buyer is a first-time home buyer with no expertise in the housing market like me at the time. If anyone in RI or MA needs to buy or sell, I would always recommend Paula Cardi and her team as the best in town.

Paula has been a blessing. From the first time I met her I knew she would be the agent that would help me and my family find our our forever home. Within hours of visiting her office, the wheels were set in motion and I had my pre-approval document request in my inbox by the time I got home. Within a couple of days I was looking at the first properties. By the end of that day we had our offer sent in to the seller agent. We missed out, but she found another, and so we continued. We had to repeat this process a few time until we found the right one that met all of our needs. Throughout, these past few several weeks of Open Houses and late afternoon walk throughs, Paula guided me along and provided critical information that helped me make the right decision on a wonderful property. She is fantastic to work with has a great sense of humor. You will be glad you chose her for you home buying experience. :)

This company hires out of state workers and don't pay. I worked for the company for about 1 month and never received my last pay and I am getting ignored. *Stay away from this company and any of their associates*My partner and I recently purchased a property being represented by Michael Veltri from Premier Realty Group and the experience was an absolute nightmare. We should have known the moment we saw the property—Michael was unfriendly, not helpful, and seemed to have little interest in showing us the place.Michael and Melissa demonstrated shady and untrustworthy business practices towards the end of our transaction when a delay came up that was out of our control. They acted unethically and attempted to threaten us, refused to sign either an extension or a release which we were well within contract to request based on contingencies. They eventually stopped communicating entirely with our realtor and acted like, for lack of any better term, children. We were fortunate to have a good team on our side that pulled things together and made us able to buy the home we loved, but every aspect that involved Premier was a headache.On the day of our final walkthrough, furniture was left in the property and when we asked Michael about it, despite having already told him numerous times that we wanted every item out before closing, he just shrugged. Buy or sell through literally any other realtor or company!
