“Citizens on Charles St was exceptional. However, I must be clear that it was specifically the location here that provided an exceptional experience. Prior to entering the Charles St branch I was ready to switch banking institutions all together. After leaving here though I decided to give it another chance solely based upon the care, considerate accommodating attitude and most importantly expertise and refusal to quit without providing me a solution attitude of the bank specialist here. If Citizens could manage to maintain employees who had even half of the ethic of this woman, they'd be in good shape. I had this experience over a year ago and still remember her ability to switch a negative experience into a dynamic one. I only wish I could remember her name so she could maintain credit for a job well done.”

“People are always friendly and ready to help. They have relatively good digital infrastructure, though daily/monthly online transfer limits are tight. Major plus for me as an environmentalist is that they don't do any fossil fuel lending!”
