I have had a bank account with them for not even a full week and had to open a new account because of fraud charges and when I open the new account I couldn’t get my card because the Machine is down always, and when I went to use my card the other day, it wouldn’t let me use it because the machines were down and the atm is the worst

Worst bank ever. After a year of giving them a chance I finally closed the account. Fees on transactions that weren't authorized, the app doesn't show correct balance, everything is geared to maneuver the account holder to incur fees. No thank you. I work too hard for my money.

The ATM’s at this bank is horrible. It seems that they’re always broken for some reason. There were several instances where I needed to do a withdrawal when the bank wasn’t open but couldn’t since their ATM’s were not functioning properly. The walk-in and the drive through machines are broken. Please fix.

Teller made a mistake, deposited check into wrong account (an account without the payee name on it), phone call confirmed the mistake was on Navigant's side, but they refused to fix it on their own and required another physical visit to the bank. Fix your OWN mistakes!! Don't put the onus on the customer to identify your error and make another trip. Ridiculous.

I’m a PGE customer and these idiots never sent me my bank account info and they’re more or less holding my money hostage and refuse to do anything besides make things more difficult for me… open an account with another bank. I’m taking all the people from PGE with me.

Worst bank customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I opened a business bank account early September and it took three hours for them to open the account. I actually left and came back after an hour because it was taking so long and when I returned they made me wait AGAIN to be seen a second time. After less than 30 days of opening the account they froze the account because of an error they made when opening the account. So after countless hours spent with customer support to no avail I've decided to close the account and go with a different credit union.
