This month was my second time going to Mattress Express. I had a really smooth experience with them last time, several years ago, buying a mattress for my son. This time, we went in for an upgrade, and Bill was super helpful and knowledgeable. From the time we walked in to purchase, until the delivery (and pick up of his old mattress/box spring), Bill was wonderful. Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I’m grateful to have a small business nearby that I can give my business to, with easy access to great customer service. My son loves his new mattress, too. High quality and he’s never been more comfy!Thank you!

I went to Mattress Express on a weekday. It seems like everyone in my neighborhood located off Mineral Spring buys their mattresses from Bill. This man is well-spoken and explains everything simply and clearly. He does not "upsell." He asks about your needs and explains about the least expensive to most expensive mattresses and how each mattress's features differ. I told Bill I was in agony because of my neck and back and I thought it was probably because of my old mattress. I purchased the second most firm king-size mattress and foundation along with two specialized pillows for neck pain. I have now slept two nights with my new mattress and pillows and my pain is already diminishing. The mattresses were delivered on the date promised and my old mattress and box spring were taken. The two men who delivered my mattress were very personable. Actually, they were downright charming. They took away my old mattress and foundation and delivered and set up my new one quickly and meticulously. They made sure I was completely happy with the set-up. I understand now why my neighbors speak so highly of Bill and Mattress Express. This is an exceptional, local small business with a very knowledgeable and personable owner. The store offers a wide range of choices and price points. In a word - Mattress Express is OUTSTANDING.

Mattress Express is a small store in North Providence. We had already been to the big guys and happened upon this. The big guys, I won't name names, wanted double what we paid for the same thing at Mattress Express. With better service and quicker delivery you can't beat mattress Express

Came in today for a mattress for our spare bedroom, COVID has made me seek out local businesses lately. New to the area and passing by every day I took a shot. Bill the owner; more that hit the mark, informative and helpful without any pressure. Made my purchase and had it in my home in about an hour. Great service, great job.
