“Was in a pickle yesterday with an overnight delivery that was trying to be delivered when no one was at the business I manage. Tried calling UPS customer service... HUGE waste of time; can never speak to a human. I drove down the street to the Smithfield store location in hopes they could help. The employees on shift at the time were extremely friendly and helpful! Anthony C went above and beyond to help me get the package I needed to resume taking credit cards and phone calls at our business! THANK YOU!!!”

I have never had one thing broken or lost. on one or 2 occasions, I have had a wet box due to very bad weather here in the DR, not their fault, maybe 'blame' the guy upstairs. “I went here to make some Amazon returns. Apparently, you're supposed to do them yourself, but someone was taking a really long time, so the lady behind the desk offered to take care of my returns. She did my returns fast, and she was very friendly.”

They always advise me on the best methods and packaging to ship my items, and deliver service with a smile. Most importantly, they are open most of the time when you would need to mail a package. So instead of driving to the other UPS Store, which appears abandoned, come here instead and ship your stuff with efficiency!”
